My dad stays silent for a moment after the news I've told him and he looks pretty shocked. He sighed "Ariana I'm happy you found your mate but you do realize what is going to happen don't you?" And there it is for me to choose "but dad please can we figure something out? I really love my family and you know that but I really like my mate also but this is what I was afraid of I can't choose between you guys i-it's just to hard please daddy I'm begging you...please?" I asked as I sobbed and Jackson had an arm around me even though it was pretty comforting I was still a little upset. "I know honey we'll discuss this later ok? But first Jackson needs to get his leg wrapped up then we'll go from there" he said as Dr. Reed showed up to get him as he helped him to go to the room and I heard him grunt in pain as he tried to walk and I let out a low growl.

"It's ok Ariana" he said as he kisses my head and they headed off with Sam following behind them. "A I promise we will figure this out you're my only daughter and I love you so much" my dad said as he pulled me into a big hug. "Thank you... this is why I've always been afraid of finding a mate because I just didn't know what to do and I was afraid to tell you... I love too dad" "it's ok honey it's normal to feel that way but the decision is between you and your mate but I promise we'll work something out" "ok thanks again dad" as I give him a quick hug "you're welcome."

"Well I'm going to take me a shower then see how Jackson is doing" "ok" he says as he goes to his office. I let out a sigh and walked upstairs to my room when I got there I closed my door then got into my bathroom to take a shower. When I was done I went to put my red plaid pj pants on and a black tank top then dried my hair a little bit and put into a messy bun. I walked out of my room and went to my mate as I opened the door and my made my way over to him and sat down beside him he's so adorable when he's asleep. "How is he?" I asked Dr. Reed as I reached to grab Jackson's hand and ran my thumb over the top of his "he's stable... but he has a hair line fracture in his leg" "just as long he is ok... God I freaking despise rogues the heartless ones that is" he nodded "I'll give you some privacy just yell if you need me" "thank you Kevin I will" I smiled at him "anytime sweetie" he smiles back and closed the door behind him.

I looked back at Jackson and smiled "I promise you we will get back at those mutts who did this to you they won't get away with this" I said sternly and stroked his face with the back of my hand and then I saw a scratch mark on the other side of his face. I growled I can't stand this "Ariana?" He says with a sexy husky voice I giggled "yes baby it's me" "hmm are you ok?" "Yes I'm fine just as long you are" I smiled "yeah I'm great now that you are here" he smirked "show off" I rolled my eyes playfully. "Only for you" he says as he sits up and opens his arms I instantly jumped into them as he grunted and laughed at me jeez I really like this guy as my mate he's so sweet, protective, hot, playful the complete package. Oh crap we have to complete the mating bond ugh I'm so going to be nervous when that comes and has to be soon. "What you thinking about?" I sighed "I-I ugh I'm just thought of something and I'm just... nervous" "what about?" He asked confused "the uh mating bond" I whispered he was quite a couple moments "don't worry about it babe I kind of am too it'll be ok I promise and I want it to be perfect" he says as he kisses my head I smile and turn my head into his chest and inhaled his scent.

"How's your leg?" "Still a tiny bit sore but it's healing good" "good" I looked up at him as he looks down at me. Those beautiful blue eyes I could look at them all day if I could it's just so intense I lean up a kiss him as he pulls me closer to him as I cup one hand on his face and the other on his chest. His tongue licks my lip and I refuse just to tease him he growled sexy in a way and bit my bottom lip causing me to gasp and he takes that advantage as I fell him smile into our kiss. "You're so beautiful" he whispered against my lips I smiled "and you are so hot" I ran my fingers through his amazingly soft brown hair as I looked at his eyes and then his lips he groaned and pulled me on his lap then kissed me till the point it got a little heated I pulled away as we catch our breath and moaned as I was getting tired "let's go to bed baby you tired and so am I" "mmm ok" I said as I stood up and so did he. We walked back to my room and closed the door behind us as I slipped into bed as he took his shirt and pants off only leaving his boxers on jeez he has such a nice body I bite lip thinking just running my tongue over those abs and... no stop. I shook my head and settled in my bed with my back towards him "good night babe" he says as he slips in behind me and pulls me close kissing my head I smiled and closed my eyes "good night sexy" he chuckled and put his head in the crook of my neck and snuggled into him.

"Jackson?" I say quietly he hummed in response "what are we going to do since my dad knows we're mates?" "listen A I'm sure we'll work something out ok? I would do anything to make you happy" I turned around to face him. He looked down at me "thanks I hope that it does work out how I want it to though" "I'm sure it will now get some sleep baby I'm sure we'll talk about it tomorrow" "ok" I sighed and laid my head on his chest. Then he laid his head on the top of mine I'm so scared I really do hope we can work something out and if we don't I'll be so upset I couldn't handle it I closed my eyes and drifted off as I listened to his steady heartbeat.
