As everyone was arriving, I was getting even more nervous and people was coming up to me and wishing me a happy birthday. "Ariana, come to me please" I heard my father say through mind link "yes sir" ugh here we go I thought to myself. so I walked through the crowd and over to where my father was "yes?" I said bowing my head "this is alpha Samuel of the Arendelle pack" "hi" I said bowing my head to him as well "hello Ariana" then all the sudden alpha Samuel had mind linked with someone you could just tell by the look on his face "ugh very well excuse me one moment" he said leaving us.

"So Ariana how is it going so far?" my father asked and I clearly knew what he meant... my mate "um still looking" "you have to find your mate before the night is over with you understand?" "yes dad" "good you are dismissed oh wait I forgot to tell you something" "yes?" I said turning around "the Arendelle pack will be staying with us for the week to discuss pack and alpha business" "uh ok" I shrugged "but since there is no more room his beta, Jackson Haynes will be staying with you" "seriously you're putting me with someone I don't even know?" I said harshly then I heard him growl at me "sorry" as i lowered my head "now not another word he's staying with you and that is final understood?" "Yes father" "good you may leave". I walked off just looking around gosh this really sucks I have no idea what i'm even doing. Sometimes I wish this mate thing would just go away I mean I just feel so pressured from everyone. Like have you found him yet, how do you feel, or something like that. It just ugh leave me alone and quite badgering me gosh it takes time I mean seriously do you really think to find a mate can happen all in one day maybe for a few people but I don't think I will.

Also having someone staying in my room that I don't even know seriously just pisses me off. Snapping out of my thoughts I felt someone tap me on the shoulder "oh my gosh Christian?" I said as saw one of my good old friends in awhile "it's me hey girl I've missed you so much" he said as he pulled me into a hug "yeah I know it's been almost like what two or three years now?" "yeah oh almost forgot happy birthday" "thanks so how have you been?" "uh you know pretty well actually miss being here though you know?" "yeah i've missed you but things haven't really changed". Also Christian found his mate from one of the closer packs near us the blue moon pack and he found his mate she's actually really nice and i'm happy for him. She has blonde curly hair and peircing blue eyes. "So how is Emma doing?" "oh she's great" he smiled at the thought of her I'm guessing.
"Hey baby... oh Ariana hey happy birthday" as she gave me a hug. "Great thanks" "so how's it going?" she said nudging me. Oh boy "great just hanging out keeping an eye out you know" I faked a smile "oh well ok come on Christian... bye Ariana good luck" she said "bye Christian thanks Em" I waved.

I walked around the room people were talking amongst themselves dancing a little and here I am trying to find my mate... joy. Ugh this is my birthday and I'm dreading it already shouldn't I be enjoying myself? obviously not since I'm 18 gosh why won't my mate just show up already. Ok I need some air I think to myself so I walk out back to the patio and take deep breath until I smell something... something delicious. I followed my senses it smells like that chocolate axe I walk a little further into the back yard and I see someone and my world stops and he turns and stares deep into my eyes as I am to him. Blue eyes, dark brown hair, killer body wow who knew and he walks close to me and cups my face into his hands still looking deep in each other's eyes... mate.
