Chapter 1: Forced Alliance

A/N: My first fic for the Revenged timeline! I wanted to write a Revenged Henry fic for a while now. Now I should warn you there will be implied ships and drama. Also, there will be blood and gore but not as bad as Distrust.

Also, the chapter name was inspired by another Revenged Henry fic that I don't remember the name of. And this story has nothing to do with that story.

On with the story!

Henry shifted as he tried to open his eyes, but the shine of bright lights forced him to close them. He also tried to move, however, he was stuck. "Okay... Where am I?" he thought, the last thing he remembered after killing Reginald and he was crawling towards a rock, and then he blacked out.

He tried to move again but couldn't, he suddenly heard voices. He shook his head to make sure he was not hallucinating or schizophrenic. Then the voices became louder as he opened his eyes again, his eyes now were adjusted to the lights. He lifted his head as he looked around to check his surroundings. He saw he was inside a green tent of sorts, he saw tables filled with medical supplies, he saw medical beds, and he saw a very familiar green symbol around the tent.

Oh no...

Why the fuck is he here at the Government!?

"Well, well, well." said a voice, making Henry snap out of his thoughts. He glanced at the source of the voice and his eyes widened when he saw the General and the doctor who made his cybernetic parts; Dr. Vinschpinsiltein or Dr. V for short.

"You're finally awake." The General said firmly as Dr. V went to untie Henry's binds. Henry sat up as the last bind came off, he rubbed his normal wrist with his cyber hand. He then notices he has an IV stuck to his human arm, he looks at the General who went up to him, and Dr. V standing next to him.

"Why am I here?" Henry asked, using sign language to communicate.

"You are here cause of your involvement with the Toppat Clan." The General replied. "And for destroying them."

Henry's face fell when the General told him about the Toppat Clan, he didn't want to think about the clan, not ever. He didn't show it but he's glad that the Toppat Clan was destroyed, after all, Reginald and the others betrayed him. "What about them?" he said with an angry expression on his face.

"It seems that from what we've gathered, you killed the leader of the Toppat clan after you," Galeforce answered.

Henry looked away from him as he thought about what happened with Reginald and the Toppat Clan. He was thinking about how he was betrayed and how he was left for dead, the more he thought of it, the more it hurt. He felt his vision blur with tears as he started shaking with rage and sorrow. Galeforce and Dr. V noticed Henry's demeanor, Galeforce shook his head as Dr. V checked on him. "Now I know you don't want to do this but I insist you work with us, the Government," he said softly.

Henry started full-blown sobbing when the General asked him, "W-Why?" he asked as his voice wavered, he was using his voice.

Galeforce was surprised at Henry's voice but cleared his throat to continue. "Cause I think you will be useful to us."

"H-How?"

"You can use your new cybernetics to help us with some missions."

Henry ceased his sobbing as he glanced at the General, he then bowed his head down in sadness. "I don't have a choice, do I."

It wasn't a question.

Galeforce nodded as Dr. V cleared her throat to get their attention, they both stared at her. "Henry, I have joined the Government so I can help you and the others," she said gently as she smiled.

Henry sighed heavily as exhaled a sharp breath, he smiled slightly. He asked the General what was going on to happen now, the General told him that he's gonna stay with the Government, and if he ever, ever goes AWOL; the General would not hesitate to stop his heart. Henry's eyes widen upon the ultimatum, Dr. V bowed her head down to avoid looking at Henry and the General. Galeforce asked Dr. V to put something in his heart in case Henry decided to go AWOL.

"Oh..." Henry muttered as he bowed his head down.

"Now do you understand the consequences when you go AWOL?" Galeforce said firmly.

Henry nodded sadly as he glanced at the General.

A couple of days later, Henry was with the General. The General was going over some notes when someone came in, both he and Henry glanced at the newcomer. Galeforce smiled, "Ah Charlie." he said. "How are you?"

Henry stared at a familiar pilot wearing headphones, Charles Calvin was the first person Henry found who didn't see him as a criminal. But Charles's opinion of him changed when Henry betrayed him and the Government to become the new leader of the Toppat Clan. Then you know the rest of the Henry Stickmin lore. Charles saluted the General as he saw Galeforce stand up, "Hello, Sir." Charles replied. "And I am good."

"That's good," Galeforce said as he nodded.

"What do you paged me for?" Charles questioned in confusion.

Galeforce held out a hand in Henry's direction who was being quiet as he watched the scene with little interest. "Charles, meet your new permanent partner, Henry Stickmin," Galeforce said nonchalantly.

"WHAT!?"

Galeforce's face was blank when he heard Charles and Henry shout in unison. "G-General! Why am I working with him!?" Charles demanded angrily as Henry shook his head to voice his opinion on working with Charles.

"Cause I said so," Galeforce replied firmly. "And you need a partner, Charles."

"B-B-But why him!?"

"My decision is final, Charles. Don't argue with me."

"B-"

"Don't. Argue. With. Me." Galeforce said while he gritted his teeth.

Charles sighed as he bowed his head, "Yes, Sir." he mumbled.

"Good," Galeforce said as he went back to sitting down at his desk. "Now off you boys go, I have work to do."

Charles and Henry nodded stiffly and went out of the tent. Once they were outside, they just stood there. They stared at each other for a mere moment until Charles closed his eyes and he shook his head, he opened his eyes as he glanced at Henry. "Look, listen here Stickmin." he said lowly as Henry stared at Charles, "I don't want to work with you. Heck, I don't want to be near you right now."

Henry had a blank expression on his face as Charles continued, "Why did the General make a traitor to be my partner is beyond me but if you ever decide to betray us again, I will fucking kill you."

Henry raised an eyebrow at him, "Is that a threat?" he asked.

"Yes."

Henry flipped Charles off as he saw Charles's face turn red, he smirked as he walked away from him.

As he walked back to his tent, he heard Charles shout. He smiled in victory as he went inside his tent.

Looks like they will have a beautiful new relationship.

A/N: This fic would have implied relationships, drama, pain, and the usual stuff if you read any of my stories. Also...it pained me to see Charles being mean to Henry but can't blame him.
