You sat in your physics class with a sigh. On a good day, physics would go by fast. Today was not a good day.
Your teacher was going through the circular motion and explained how Fnet = mv^2/r, and how to manipulate the said equation to the specific question.
of course, you had done all this work in the study beforehand, so you fiddled with your pen, waiting for the class to be over.

the ceiling collapsed as a black mass fell through it as if it were nothing. soon this human-like blob was visited by another... bigger blob.
your classmates screamed, a piece of the ceiling had landed on your teacher's face.
you were in dismay, it seemed like time had frozen, or travelling slowly. either way, you were able to take in every detail of that moment, how the silver one had his hand reaching out for the other, and the black one holding its hand over its face because of what little time it had to prepare for the incoming attack.
then time started to speed up once more.
the silver creature clashed with the other, alien screeches came from the two as the school alarms started to blast in the hallways.
a classmate had shoved past you in an attempt to get to the door, they made it, those who were following however did not. as a piece of the ceiling was sent flying into them by the silver one.
