"Bestfriends don't do the things we do, Ohm."

Nanon was right. He was right all along. Ohm never really thought the words would hit him so bad until what happened tonight. The realization finally hit him. They kiss, yes. They flirt, yes. They hug, yes. It was normal for them. But they never had intense kiss like they did just now. Friends don't need to comfort each other with those passionate kisses they shared a few minutes ago. Insane.

Now Ohm was stunned in his own whirlwind of thoughts and emotions. He wasn't supposed to react like this. He was supposed to be alright after the kiss because Nanon was just his friend. He had no right to be this giddy and excited after sharing a kiss with his bestfriend. Unless...

"Shiaaa!"

"Did I really fell in love with Nanon????"

Next day, the two boys pretended like nothing happened. They did their Laneige event with P'Godji with so much professionalism and were very energetic as ever. Their live event was trending number one in the country and many people were placing orders on the products that they promoted. It went really well and everyone was so proud of them.

"Meung!" Nanon patted Ohm's shoulder after finishing their event. He wanted to say something but he immediately zipped his mouth when Ohm's phone suddenly rang and showed Bowie's contact number.

Last night didn't change anything of course. A kiss was definitely normal for Ohm. At least that's what Nanon thought as they didn't talk about the kiss for the whole day today. Like it was nothing.

Ohm looked at Nanon before he picked up the call from Bowie and walked away in which Nanon too, proceed to the elevator to the carpark.

Seeing Ohm again felt like seeing a stranger. It's been a week since they stopped seeing each other and Bowie never felt miserable since then. She had terrible nights crying over her boyfriend who was never really hers. Bowie knew all along that Ohm was sincere with his feelings. Or he was just confused.

"How are you, Bowie?" Asked Ohm, with the softest tone ever, Bowie could cry just by listening to it. Ohm was just so good in his very own existence he could melt anyone on this planet at this point.

Bowie nodded. They agreed to meet at a cafe and Ohm had cleared up his schedule today after last night's event with P'Godji. Although, tonight Ohm was planning to have a movie night with Nanon.

"I wanted to say sorry if I made you uncomfortable, Bowie. I don't know what happened to us and I'm even confused myself at times because I know that I like you. I like you a lot, Bowie. But these past few days just didn't feel right and no matter how hard I tried to make sure I wasn't hurting you, I still couldn't. I still couldn't grasp what happened to me and what does all of this had to do with Nanon because all I've known is that we've only been friends."

Ohm looked at Bowie with his genuine eyes, tired of all of this. Tired of being in this indescribable emotions. There was only one question he needed to answer but he couldn't. Or maybe he knew the answer but he was just too scared to even admit it.

"I enjoyed the days we shared together, Ohm. But I know, some things are meant to happen and I can't force you to become someone you're not. I can't force you to love me."

Bowie chuckled slightly. Couldn't even believe that today might be the last day they were together before she really wanted to call it off.

"It was so silly of me to even ask you to choose between me and your soulmate. I know that you can still choose me if only you love me the same way you love Nanon."
