WANDA POV:
I wake up in the middle of the night hearing someone moving.
I open my eyes and see Ava crying and moving in her sleep, Natasha open her eyes and look at Ava concerned.
« Hey Ava I need you to wake up please sweetie » I say softly stroking her cheek.
After a few seconds she wakes up screaming looking everywhere for help.
Her eyes lay on me and she immediately put her arms around me. I wrap her in a hug. She's sobbing in my neck breaking my heart.
« It's okay my love we're here » I say letting the nickname slip.
We continue to whisper sweet things to her until she fall back asleep.
« oh poor baby, she's so broken » nat says. « What are we gonna do with her? » I whisper.
« I don't know Wanda. If tony find her a family she will go back with them. If not... well I guess she'll stay at the compound with us. We can do that right? She'll be so loved and in a big family with us. »
« I don't want her to go nat. I want to be sure she's safe. »
« Me too baby but we can't just keep her. She maybe have a family who probably miss her a lot » she says. I know she's right but I already love her. I feel like I have to take care of her. We have to.
Nat wraps her arms around me and Ava and we all fall back asleep in no time.

The next morning I open my eyes and turn towards Ava who's already awake looking at me. « Hi sweetheart how did you sleep? » I say pulling a strand of hair out of her face.
« Good » she says « the other girl isn't here anymore » she adds pouting. « Natasha? » I ask and she nods.
« Oh do you want to see if we can find her? » I ask and she nods quickly making me chuckle.
« Okay get up sweetie » I don't have any clothes for her so I gave her a shirt and a short that are way too big for her.
We head downstairs and see Steve and Maria in the kitchen. « Hi guys! How did you sleep? » Steve ask making Ava hide her head in my neck.
« Good thank you. Do you know where is nat? » I ask them « she's in the training room with Yelena » he answers « thanks. Are you hungry ava? » I ask her softly. She shook her head no and point towards the door.
« you wanna go see nat? » she nods quickly. « Okay let's go but after we will eat a breakfast » she nods and we walk towards the training room.
When we enter we see Yelena and nat sparing together « nat-tasha » Ava says calling Natasha so cutely.
The girls see us and stop their fight. Natasha smile and walk towards us.
« Hello cutie did you have a good sleepy? » she says. I never saw her like this. This cute with someone.
Ava does grabby hands towards nat and she takes her from my arms. « Yeah but when I woke up you- you weren't in the bed. And w-Wanda was sleepy » she says so cutely I swear she's the cutest person, I already love her so much.
« I'm sorry love bug I'll be there next time » « promise? » she asks with puppy dog eyes « I promise » she says kissing her cheek.
« hey Yelena how was your first night here? » I ask walking towards her.
« Good thanks »
Before we can talk more Tony enter the room « wands, Nat? Can I talk with both of you ? » we nod « hey Ava? Could you stay with Yelena for a few minutes? » I ask her.
« You leave? »
« just a few minutes. You'll be safe with yelena okay? » she hesitate a little but nod anyway « thank you baby »
Nat put her in yelena's arms and we go towards Tony's lab.
"Hi girls! I found some informations about Ava" we nod listening attentively "she doesn't have any family. Her parents are dead. No aunt no uncle. Nobody."
It's maybe selfish but me and nat look at each other relived. I can tell that she doesn't want to let her go.
"What do you wanna do with her? There's a thing at the shield for abandoned kids" he starts but I cut him off.
« No way. I think that nat agree with me. We wants to keep her. She's not comfortable with other people except us and Yelena. We want her to feel safe and loved. We can give her that »
I say making tony and nat smile « okay I'll talk to fury about it. He knows some lawyers. It should be easy and you'll soon be her tutors »
« Thanks Tony » we both say happy. "You're welcome girls, Ava is a cute kids and she seems to love you both. Feel free to order things for her with my card"
We thank him again before leaving the lab to join Ava.
