Ronald Brick has no idea what he is going to do about the situation that he has found himself in. In reality, he is confused about what the meaning of life is. Perhaps if he could figure that out then everything else would fall into place.
Maybe he is overthinking things a little bit. After all, he is not an important person in the grand scheme of things, and just maybe his role in life is just to be himself and not worry about loftier things.
Would having much greater knowledge change the cost of tea in Chicago? Perhaps in China? Nope.
