All was silent in that room, no one made a singlr sound, until one of them can't handle it
"Yes and no", Tyler spoke
"How so?", Asked the doctor
" Well..... "
....... 3 weeks earlier......
In the outskirts of an abandoned city, 6 huge mechs can be seen entering the city
......Luke P.O.V.....
After a week of travel, we finally see a city a few clicks away, staring at a plain desert can be pretty boring. It's nice to see something new
"Finally, we made it!!!", The triplets shouted to the comms
"Finally, we needed that long awaited rest", Lancer said
"Can we take a rest now, Commander??", Sigma said
One week of nonstop walking can be tiring, especially when we are piloting a 250ft. Jaeger
"I suppose we can rest for a while, then tomorrow we'll start searching", I said
" Yahoo!!", and we look for a place to stay
We settled just outside the city.
We settled on the rooftop of a building large enough to fit 6 huge container ships
By the time we finished setting the containers up, it's almost nighttime, so Kurumi and the girls prepared dinner while us boys set the table up that we got from the container
Yes, we were taught on how to survive in the wild, but since no one's gonna use them in while and since no one is awake back at base, might as well use them to save less time scavenging and more time scouting
"All right guys, dinner's ready", Kurumi then placed the food and we all started to eat. After we were done, we cleanse ourselves and finally, took a long rest
....... Time skip.......
I was the first to woke up, and start doing my old morning routine, few minutes later, all of them started to wake up
"All right, Challenger, Sigma, and Lancer,suit up and search the city for any kaiju nearby or within the city", the said Jaeger pilots went to their respective mechs and suited up
"Rest of us, grab some weapons cause we're going to look for survivors"
Once we suited up and grabbed weapon and possible medical supplies, Lancer place her hand on the rooftop and we hoped on, once she knew we were all on, she then kneel and placed us down on the ground
"Good luck, guys. stay safe", and Lancer sped off
"Let's split up, to cover more ground. Kurumi, Yanagi, head west. Kyle, Ty, on me, we're heading east, once you guys found any survivors, immediately return to base, move out." And the search begins
