I take a look at the waters below the bridge. The polluted waters are so peaceful but yet toxic on the wounded skin. Any open wounds to paper cuts would be infected when mixed with the water.

I too was shocked when Silco told me he and his eye survived that incident.

We talked across the bridge with hands in one another. We both hated going over to piltover but Family meant a lot to me, as it also meant a lot to Silco too. So we sucked up the odd stares for the time being.

Before knocking on the house door I pause and turn my head to Silco. He nods for me to proceed forward.
I knocked on the door and see my aunts figure appear at the glass. She unlocks the door and her face lights up when she sees me. "Y/n!" She says and then hugs me tightly. "It's great to see you my dear and oh! You brought the boyfriend!" I smile at turn my head to Silco once more.

"Hello ma'm."

"Come in come in!" She says as she opens the door for us. I take of my cloak and hang it up on the peg. "Your mother wasn't lying about your boyfriend." She whispers to me. I let out a small chuckle and follow her to the living room.

"Maria! Vicktor!" My aunt shouts throughout the house. Me and Silco take a seat on the couch as my mother appeared from the kitchen. "Y/n, Silco!" She shouts seeing us, I stand up as she comes over and gives me a hug. "Sorry about the other night." She says referring to the night Marcus and her where in Silco's office.

"No, it's okay. It's actually what we came here to talk about." I say to her. I upset look appears on her face. "We'll make it quick." I tell her, trying not to upset her.

Vicktor comes rushing down the stairs "Hello y/n!" He says seeing me. I give a small waves and then sitting back down beside Silco.

Everyone else sits down in the room and it's already awkward enough so I just start. "I understand that you want me safe, mum. And it's understandable but I have my own family and I need to protect them."

"Though we appreciate your concern." Silco says as he took my hand to comfort me. "We want to make a compromise on a new apartment, in the undercity, somewhere away from are current residence."

I turn to Silco and smile. "Somewhere to raise our kid, together." I say and then look back at my family. My mums face is in completely shock.

"Congratulations!" My aunt shouts as she walks towards us and makes me stand up for a hug. She grabs Silco by his collar and makes him stand up too. She hugs the both of us. I laugh at Silco's reaction to theirs. His face was priceless.

Once my aunt had finished hugging both of us it was my mums turn. "I hope you have another girl.." she whispers in my ear. I chuckled at her comment.

"Congrats." Vicktor says.

"Thank you, all of you." I smile.

"How far along are you?" My mum asks. I shrug because, I don't actually know. "Your seeing a proper doctor right?"

"Here it goes.." I say quietly to Silco.

"I'll put you in touch with mine, she's really nice and I won't have to worry about those undercity doctors." She says to me.

"Thanks mum." I say politely. Not wanting to turn her offer down.

The next hour or so my aunt and mum were just making sure I was taken care of, which I was. But before we left my mum stopped Silco and had a conversation with him "privately" which I thought was weird.

"What was that?" I ask as we make are way towards the bridge.

"What was what?"

"You, talking to my mum?"

He joins his hand with mine as we continue to walk down to the bridge.

"She was just making sure I knew what I was doing."

"Knew what you were doing?"

"Future wise."

My eyes squint a suspicious look on my face. "Right."
