I Need You (a GajEvy fanfic)

~Chapter 12~

We walked into Walmart and I was still teasing him about not wanting to do this. It was hilarious not to laugh.

Once we walked through the doors, the air conditioning welcomed us. We made our way through the maze of isles until we found the guy's swim trunks section. Gajeel held up a few and showed them to me. I'd do the same to him but he mostly shook his head to the ones I suggested. That just ended up in me sighing in frustration and putting it back on the rack. By the tim when had gone through all Walmart had to offer, Gajeel had found four that he was going to try on.

"Where's the damn dressing room," he mumbled mostly to himself but I could still hear. We were wandering through the racks and isles looking for it. Well I knew where it was, I just wanted to see how long it took him. After a good minute or two we were standing in front of the counter with a lady behind it. She handed Gajeel a piece of plastic that said '4' on it to hand on the door knob. He went in and in less than a minute he came back out.

"How's this one?" He asked once he opened the door. He was wearing a pair of trunks that went from dark blue at the bottom to white at the top. I looked down at my feet right when he walked out because the thing I noticed right after the trunks was the fact that he wasn't wearing a shirt. His abs were out in the open and anyone could see them. Speaking of any one.

"Oh my lordy! Young man, could you please put in a shirt?" The woman at the desk asked frantically which caused me to cover my mouth so my laugh wouldn't escape.

"Yeah, yeah," he grumbled as he scratched the back of his neck and went back into the dressing room to change again. I was actually expecting him to come out without a shirt again just because he didn't seem to be a person who gave a fuck.

He was wearing a shirt. The next pair were almost the same as the ones before except for blue it was black and faded to white. I saw the lady from earlier look over just to make sure he was wearing a shirt but then went back to doing whatever she was doing.

"How's this one?" He asked as he turned around slowly so I could see all of it.

"Suits you better that the blue one," I commented and he nodded before changing into the other ones. The next one was all black and the one after that was a black pair with two white stripes near the bottom. Each one he walked out and did a little model walk or posed which caused me to almost fall over laughing.

"Which one do you think?" He asked as he held two up with each hand. He was choosing either the black to white ones or the black ones with white stripes.

"Ummmmm," I though for a moment before pointing at the black to white one. "That one."

"Gihi," He put the others on a random rack that was near the dressing rooms. "Now we can finally leave," He cheered as I led us to the check out.

"Haha. Yeah we can leave now," I laughed as i playfully hit his shoulder. He laid the swim trunks in front of the lady at the check out. She barely even looked at us, let alone talked to us, as she scanned the item, bagged it, took his money, and other cashier things like that.

"What do ya want to do now?" He asked as he looked down at me as we walked across the parking lot.

"Uhh, I don't know," I shrugged.

"How about some pizza? Then head back to the house and watch a movie, play some video games, do whatever," he suggested as he opened the passenger side door for me before going over to the driver's side.

"Sounds good to me," I grinned as we pulled out of the crowded Walmart parking lot. Just as usual, our ride was quiet except for humming and music.

"I'm going to go inside," he said as he caught a glimpse of line for the drive through at Little Caesars.

"Okay. I'll wait in here," I managed to say before he shut his door and started walking to the doors.
