After I posted my pictures on instagram I waited in anticipation, hoping that Javon or Jayla would comment and wish me happy birthday.
But they didn't.
I went on with the rest of my day feeling down, until I got a call from none other than Jaden.
ON CALL
Jaden- Hey Y/N, just wishing you a happy birthday and I wanted to apologise for everything that happened, I feel really bad about what happened.
Y/n- okay. I do not forgive you.
And with that I hung up. He really thought a 'sorry' was gonna fix it? Seriously?
It was about 4:00 when I finally got home from my photoshoot and to my surprise I saw a letter on my porch with a cute yellow heart on it.
"Ouu looks like you got a letter from Mr. man" my sister mockingly winked at me. I rolled my eyes.
I wasn't sure if it was from Javon or Jaden but it was definitely one of them.
I walked into my house and sat on the couch, overthinking whether I should open it or not
Well folks the I's have it.
I open the envelope slowly.
Happy birthday, hope you have a great day

I found myself smiling at the words he wrote for me. At least he remembered. A small part of me hoped that Jayla would wish me happy birthday but she never did.
