"tae.", jeongguk says, coming inside the living room after taehyung's mom let him in.
"ggukie!", he says excitedly and surprised. he didn't see his boyfriend for three days and thought he'd have to wait until tomorrow. jeongguk was out of town to help his cousin with moving.
"fuck i missed you so much.", jeongguk hides his face in taehyung's chest and taehyung wraps his arms around him, stroking his hair.
"i missed you too gguk. why you came back early?"
"his friends came helping too and i missed you too much, i knew they can do it without my help."
taehyung giggles at that, the TV playing in the background, it's already dark outside.
"you're so cute.", he says after that.
"give me a kiss.", jeongguk says and lifts his head. taehyung doesn't need to hear that twice and leans in to kiss his boyfriend's beautiful lips.
"i love you.", jeongguk says.
taehyung has to laugh again because jeongguk is being so cute, since he missed tae a lot.

taehyung's and jeongguk's parents get along very well and they became good friends as the time passed.
taehyung's parents really wanted to move to another city since it would be much better for taehyung's dad's career, but when taehyung fell in love with jeongguk, he convinced them to stay, literally crying and getting on his knees in front of them, since they were more than ready to actually leave the town.
knowing that the money isn't more important than their son's happiness, they decided to stay. and taehyung and jeongguk are dating for 1 and a half years now.
"was it exhausting? i mean you had to carry all the furniture right?"
"yeah and paint the walls too. to be honest my arms hurt a little but it's fine.", he chuckles, making taehyung feel pity for him.
"let's go to my room.", taehyung says.
"why?"
"just come.", he just answers and they both get up to make their way upstairs.
jeongguk gets on taehyung's bed.
he doesn't question why they came here anymore when taehyung comes on top of him and starts kissing him.
