Mikasa was very worried about Eren's disappearance, and that affected her in every way. Everyone cares about her, especially Armin and Jean.
"Mikasa, you've barely eaten" Jean told her worriedly.
"I'm not hungry, so I gave my food to Sasha" she answered without giving importance to the matter.
"You need to eat"
"I'm not going to die from skipping a meal"
"You've skipped several lately. ...Look, what if we go to eat at a restaurant around here? We take a walk and go sightseeing, so you can relax and disconnect, and try new and delicious food"
She didn't want to, but suddenly she thought that maybe she would come across Eren and find him, so she accepted.
