If people really want I will consider continuing this, perhaps with Rowan living as a muggle, or maybe a long time skip and he re-encounters someone from his time as Harry.

Rowan living as a muggle. (A completely new story, probably with OCs and Rowan having nothing to do with the Wizarding World)
Rowan re-encountering someone from the Wizarding World, but staying in the Muggle World. (Some of his old friends could re-enter his life, but he'd still live his own life as a muggle)
Rowan re-encounters someone from the Wizarding World and is roped back into that world, even as a squib. (This would likely be a romance, and I'll warn now I pretty much exclusively think in gay romance.)
