As I have some guards follow me from behind, I hear more footsteps approaching.

"Circle formation." I whisper as we all get into a circle, focused on where the sound was coming.
"Iz!" Chan whispers. I groan and pull him into the circle as the guards circle around us.

"What are you doing here? I told you not to follow me." I slap his chest, clearly annoyed at him.
"It's not just me, its also the others." The guards let the others into the circle. I groan amd roll my eyes. "Jihoon told us to follow you, so don't get moody with me missey."

"Captain! Hoard!" A guard says and begins shooting.
"We'll continue talking after this." I say as I push through the guards and begin shooting arrows while walking closer to the zombies.

"I'm staying beside you." Felix says as he throws daggers at the zombies, right in the neck, and pulling them out after.
Changbin, on the other hand, was using a sniper while in the trees along with Minho and Hyunjin.
Chan was also using daggers, but was going high range.
The rest was going casual, using rifles.

"Iz! 4 o'clock!" Seungmin says behind me. I turn to the area amd shoot a zombie who was about to bite me. "You're out of arrows, here." Seungmin passes me more arrows. Jihoon told me to give them to you."
I thamk Seungmin as he puts the arrows in my bag. I take one and shoot more zombies.

"Hyunjin!" Chan shouts as he throws a dagger at a zombie behind Hyunjin, also cutting his arm deeply, it makes him groan as he falls out of his tree, attracting more zombies.
Running to him, I decide to take out my knife and slit the throats of the zombies, kicking them amd letting someone else shoot them.

"You're going to be alright, Hyun, you're going to be alright." My eyes tear up slightly as I see the blood falling down from the cut.
"Iz, leave me. I'm infected." Hyunjin says as he shows his neck. His eyes become red as his nose bleeds.

"Hyunjin, no!" I pull him into a hug, crying as he hugs me back.

"It was nice meeting you, but we have to separate. Maybe in another life Felix will bring us to meet again." Hyunjin says as he pushes me away, grabbing his pistol from his side pocket and putting it to his head. "Until we meet again, Iz."

He smiles faintly as his body leans agaisnt the tree, lifeless. I just lost my second friend.
