You still lived with your old parents. Everyday whenever you went to school both of your parents dropped you off. They always had a smiling face when they dropped you off.

And after everyday of the same drop of routine you would notice you mom tearing up and could tell that your dad's throat was dry, he would always try and crack his neck or scratch it.

At school you and your ( Childhood Friend ) would always go home together, sometimes even sleep over. You two were inseparable. That is until when you moved to Russia.

Apparently something happened to you dad's grandfather and was gonna need some help.

When moving to Russia you noticed a few things. One being your mom was smiling a lot especially around you. Two you never actually met your great grandad and three your pop became a drunk. It wasn't that bad living in Russia although your so called bestie cut you off for another bestie. Like the only thing good about it was that your dad doesn't beat you even though he's drunk.

At school it wasn't that bad except, not understanding a thing some people would say. Others would make fun of your for having an 'accent' whenever you pronounced something wrong. While at home you would try to tell your parents what has happening but they would only respond in Russian.

You had to put up this for weeks on end. The season was changing to autumn and the bulling turned down you learned some phrases, numbers, and most of the alphabet. You met a girl her name was Alyona but she preferred to go by (M/e). She taught you how to speak and write and became your new bestie. You two would do the same things as you and your ex-best friend in America.

Sleep over, hang out all the good stuff. Alyona would just be your person. The one you go when you need help with homework, the one you ask for advise and some other stuff.

Soon, little by little your bestie started to push you away. For an odd reason you don't know why. During classes she would say stuff to the other peers but not to you. Occasionally laugh at something you or someone else would say about you but other than that she wouldn't say anything.

The days you two would hang out would become your house chores. You and your parents both didn't like to be in the house so family bonding was created. They would actually help you out with some stuff but still be jerks at points.

______________

"Have a good day at school sweetie we'll see you soon" Your father said loudly as he waved you off drunkenly. Your mother drove of to who-knows-were and you had to stay in school.

At a young age, you tend to wear the actual uniform but switch it up here and there. In the school you were in was a private school and made all girls wear skirts which honestly sucked, so whenever you got to school you'd go to the bathroom and changed into some pants.

Once you get out of the bathroom, you would go to your class and wait until it was time to get breakfast. But whenever you wore pants it delayed the time for breakfast.

"Ms. ( Last Name ) why aren't you in uniform?" Your teacher questioned in front of the whole class. Your teacher Mrs. Popov, was very big when it came to uniforms, once she made a kid cry for their tie not being done correctly. You sat quietly at the the back of the class reading (Favorite Book) and had a "borrowed" phone and headphones playing (Favorite song). You did your best with ignoring Mrs. Popov but her nagging was very difficult to work with.

"(Your Name) answer a teacher when they are speaking to you" Mrs. Popov announced.

All of the other students had their eyes on you. Alyona had her new friend group who was dedicated into making fun of you. They laughed as your teacher continued to speak about you and your uniform.

"Ooh somebody's in trouble~"

"Make sure to have a box of paper towel ready, haha"

"Why would she do that if she knows she'll get in trouble?"

"I'm starving!" They all continued to make their own comments about the situations. Having the headphones did block out the noise but not fully, because there was always that one comment that would set you off.

"I heard that her dad is a drunk. That's why she is like this... And I bet she'll become like her dad"

Every comment that one person would say would always be the hardest to ignore. The closest you have been in a fight was that time in recess when you had to throw a ball of paper to some random kid that kept on bothering you.

You shut your book hopefully loud enough for some people to stop their chattering. Only a fraction of the class went quiet. You looked at your teacher who was writing something. She then walked up towards your desk and handed you a yellow slip.

"Go change this instant" She said in disgust. She walked to the door telling everyone that they could now get their breakfast. Other kids snarled at grimaced at you. They continued with their average day, while you on the other hand had to deal with a 'unique' day. You did changed into your skirt and went back to your class, didn't bother you to get breakfast, since you already ate and lost your apatite, with the help of a quiet kid that sat right next to you, always writing something down in their diary.

"Its not a diary!"

Your friends on America would talk about whatever wad trending. While your buddies would talk about their everyday lives, and ask you about your life in America, that is until recently, wit Alyona.

When the class finished their breakfast they came back in and wait for the teacher to start the lesson, the lesson was about grammar. Every time that you would have to answer, your teacher would force you to speak, since everyone else was basically fluent in it.

"Alright! That's it!" Everyone's attention including your when to the back of the room to see the quiet kid standing up, with their hand in their hair, the facial expression was priceless. Everyone laughed and teased them about it.

"Child if you do not sit down this instant. I'll call your parents!" The teacher angrily said, her face was painted with such anger some students thought that she was going to explode.

"Do it... I want to leave anyway!" The kid shot back, "Its bad enough that I have to be here" Mrs. Popov didn't want to give the kid any satisfaction, Popov instead wrote (Friends Name) on the board and under it said call parents later, (obviously in Russian).

"Young man I'm not going to tell you again (F/n) sit down this instant." She warned them. (F/n) looked like they were the one to explode.

"I'm not a boy..."

"That's not what it says on your form" She shot back, (F/n)'s face faltered, wanting to sit down but craving not to see their diary once again.

"Uh Mrs. Popov can I use the bathroom please?" Alyona asked ever so innocently. The teacher nodded to her smiling and sent her off, at least some of her pupils were obedient and kind, "Бедный писатель, им больше нечего написать..."
