ik this is quite different from most of my book but I need to just simp over these fools.
So anyways-
He is my BY-FAR favourite villain in DC. and the way Paul Dano portrays him. It was beautiful.
I felt really taken into the story, the way he showed unhinged, delusional, and psychotic in a beautiful twisted mess of a person who had everything torn from him is gorgeous.
We actually ended up seeing the movie twice because of how much I adore the Riddler.
It's the eerie aura he has of him. The desperation for attention and the neediness for approval from Batman is just so- so pathetic and my brainrot goes "brr" with this man.
Plus the Riddler out of the suit and mask is quite fine- sue me.
He is just chronically online and an incel. I HATE HOW MUCH OF MYSELF I SEE IN HIM. THE DELUSIONS OF HOW THINGS ARE "SUPPOSED" TO GO. THE LOVE OF RIDDLES. THE TWISTED MANICAL SMIRKS AND MOTIVES. HIS HUMOR AS HES ARRESTED
I LOVE THIS LITTLE SKRUNKLY PUZZLE LOVING MAN.
(Plus the whole taping up people- is just- mmm.)
