There are a lot if situations in our life that can trigger an existential crisis.

As a student, we may be getting unsatisfactory marks, living in a bad or toxic home, or getting a lot of peer pressure.

As an employee, we may be lacking,  fail to meet our quota or lose the motivation to work.

As a family, a friend or a human being in general, we may feel like we are still not enough. Still not doing enough.

We start to question our choices, our decisions. Why? How? How did it come to this? At which point did I took the wrong path?

We start to question our existence in this world. Are we put here because we could be part of something bigger? Or are we just a mere design. A decorative piece to add drama, add a little more something to the lives of the people around us.

These are the thoughts that are swimming in my mind right now.

I am unemployed. My fault, I admit. I have the tendency to say yes to additional work that I can't handle. I admit , at that time I was aware I couldn't do all of it. I am persistent and competitive by nature. I constantly test my limits. And my limits were tested,  indeed. I went thru a burnout so fast I almost got whiplash.

The time I took of from the working sector has allowed me to refresh and take a breather. Now that more oxygen has settled on my brain and rationale thought process is back on track, I had a lot of time to think and reflect. I was able to identify my strengths and most importantly , I was able to acknowledge my weaknesses.

The following chapters will be chapters of my life, where hopefully I will be able to share my thought process, how I work on my weaknesses, how I sharpen my skills and strengths and how I grow.

I hope if I read back or look back, this will help me to understand myself better. If I am indeed born to be great or born just to breathe. I hope this , (I don't know what this is at the moment) journal of some kind , can hopefully guide others out there that are in the same place as me.
