Kenma decided that after high school, he would continue volleyball. Well it was more his boyfriend, Kuroo's, decision. Kuroo and Kenma had been together for about 2 years. Kuroo had planned it all. At graduation, he decided he would ask Kenma right as he received his certificate. Kuroo, in the original Kuroo fashion, yelled "KENMA, WILL YOU BE MINE!!!??". Kenma, of course, got all flustered and ran off stage. When the ceremony was over, Kenma gave Kuroo a punch in the arm. "Kuroo! why would you do that in front of everyone." Kenma said, hiding his face in his sleeve. Kuroo lowered his arm so he could see Kenmas blushing face. "I know im sorry" he said giggling. "but will you?". That was the beginning of their fun, gaming filled, loving relationship.

After a long day of practice, Kuroo and Kenma go home to their apartment in the city of Tokyo. They had planned to go shopping later in the night, when the whole city was lit up. Kenma got his 'nice' outfit on. Nice meaning a plain black t-shirt, a pair of jeans and half his hair in a ponytail. Kuroo on the other hand had a white, button-up shirt with black dots, jeans and his regular bed hair. Kuroo grabbed his coat and went to make sure Kenma had his but Kenma had walked off playing his phone. Tutting, Kuroo grabbed his keys, wallet and phone and headed out to catch up with Kenma.

Kuroo caught up with his boyfriend and they headed into the middle of the city. "Kitten, did you bring a coat?" Kuroo said to Kenma, who was playing with his fingers to keep himself entertained ( kuroo took his phone after kenma bumped into a pole). "no." kenma gave a faint reply. kuroo took his coat off and gave it Kenma. Kenma refused, saying he 'wasn't cold' so Kuroo just gave up trying. "if you get sick i'm not doing anything for ya" Kuroo walked over and bumped shoulders with Kenma, although it was more of a shoulder to neck situation because of the height difference. That was their way of saying they're joking.

After around 10 minutes,they finally reached the shopping disctrict and Kenma saw a shop selling cat like merchandise. He scurried over, beaming at all of the cats printed on things like hoodies, phone cases, bags and even socks. Kenma started scurrying through the boxes. He found a PSP cover with cartoon kittens on it. He immediately ran over to Kuroo, who was looking through the volleyballs and pestered him to buy it. Eventually, Kuroo gave in. He was sick of saying Kenma doesn't need another PSP cover.

The two walked around the district for a while, grabbing things like toys, games and food. They found a table and placed everything down. Kenma grabbed out his PSP and started munching on different snacks they brought. Kuroo just admired him, the colourful city lights gleaming on the side of Kenma's face. Kuroo had to resist the urge to just grab him and kiss him on the spot, he knew Kenma wouldn't like that.

After hours of shopping and Kuroo spending lots of money on cat things for Kenma, they went home. When they got home Kenma went straight into the bedroom and got ready for bed. Kuroo followed not long after and he watched Kenma re-arrange his Animal Crossing village as the two snuggled in each other's warmth until they fell asleep.

The next day, Kuroo woke up at around 11pm. He was exhausted from yesterday. Kuroo slowly shuffled away from Kenma and admired his sleeping kitten. He went out to make him and Kenma some breakfast. He just made some toast with avo as he wasn't the best cook ( the avo wasn't even the best ), and prepared for a grumpy, tired Kenma to walk out.

2 hours passed and Kuroo hadn't heard a peep from Kenma the whole time. Kuroo wasn't too fazed because Kenma always slept in, and they had a late night. He still decided to check on him just in case. When Kuroo walked in he saw that Kenma was very pale and sweaty. Kuroo turned the fan on and tried to wake Kenma up. When he finally woke up he started coughing and sniffing. "Did you catch a cold Kenma" Kuroo asked placing the back of his hand on kenmas forehead. Kuroo shaking his head said "I did tell you to wear a coat didn't I". He let Kenma rest and brought him food and water. Kenmas condition slowly worsened throughout the day,  medicine and water being the only thing keeping him from having a cough attack. All day Kuroo laid with Kenma, not giving the slightest care about catching Kenmas cold. Kuroo would only get up to get more medicine, ice blocks and water for Kenma.
