*Prologue *

They were already late.

Lucinda had promised Danni that she would attend the meeting with her. They had made plans on doing each other's hair and help pick out each other's outfit like normal sisters. But Danni and Lucinda were no ordinary sisters; they were twins that were ranked very high in the hierarchy of heaven. Though Lucinda was Danni's sister and Danni loved her none the less, she envied Lucinda to great extents. Lucinda being the pretty one of the two had all the attention diverted onto her. There was also that fact that Danni believed that her mega crush off all times, Lucifer had his eyes on Lucinda.

The grass tickled Danni's bear feat as she wandered through the place without out an actual reason. The place was very vibrant in colour with the luscious green leaves on the endless rows of tree and the divine fruit hanging from each one. All sorts of birds in different shapes and colours fluttered through the clear blue skies of heaven.

Though the place was very full of colours to an angel it felt like the place was dull and neglected. Without the presence of the Throne the place felt empty like it was long abandoned. The Throne had left to make the moon, the sun, the planets, and other creatures but they would never be as important as the sons and daughters of heaven.

Danni came to a halt she as realised she was in the meadow, the gathering place. The place was empty, except for two angels with exception of herself making it three angels.

There in front of the grand chair-which was the place of the Throne- stood Lucinda and the Lucifer. Lucifer was gorgeous as ever, it was easily stated that he was the most beautiful of all the male angels. His shiny auburn hair toppled down his broad shoulders, his muscles were defined through his tight-fit shirt, his blues eyes were as cold as ever. Whilst Danni was drooling over Lucifer, she finally came to her sense and realized that he was having a heated conversation with her sister.

Being and angel and all, she had no trouble hearing.

"I can stand the yoke no longer. Will you come before the Throne with me and declare our sole alliance to our love?" Lucifer questioned.

Love? Wasn't love and admiration the same thing? Admiration was only for the Throne and no one else.

"Lucifer wait-" Lucinda began but was cut off by Lucifer.

"It is a lie for me to play adoring angel when I have you and require nothing more. Let us make plans, Lucinda you and I. Let us scheme for glory?"

Danni couldn't believe her ears. Lucinda and Lucifer were in love! Lucifer had picked Lucinda!

Danni couldn't bear hearing anymore she ran and ran far and hid in a cave. There she bawled her eyes for days and days.

Danni finally had enough. She was sick and tired of playing the nice sister, it was time for revenge. Lucinda knew how much Danni liked Lucifer but yet she had defied never. Not only had Lucinda defied Danni, she had defied the Throne, admiration was only for the Throne. So when the Throne finally came back, Danni told the Throne about the event and what she had heard and that resulted in the fall...

Lucifer shouted at the angels:

" A line has been drawn in the cloudsoil of the Meadow . Now you are free to choose. I offer you equality, an existent without an authority's arbitrary rankings."

Danni stood beside Lucinda as a murmur of indecision swept through the crowd, a lot of the angels didn't know which side to choose. Lucifer may offer all of that but what were the chances of what he was saying was true?

Angels choose either haven or Lucifer's side, and those that choose neither were forcefully put into one. It was time for Daniel Gorgoi, one of the high ranked angels to choose. He rose above the riot of angelic light and said with calm self-possession, "With respect, I will not do this. I will not choose Lucifer's side, nor will I choose the side of Heaven."

Everyone was stunned; this is not what was supposed to happen. Well, not with a high- ranked angel.

"Instead, I choose love. I choose love and leave you to your war." Love? Love for who?

He turned to the Throne, "All that is good in Heaven and on Earth is made of love." Maybe that wasn't your plan when you created the universe-maybe love was just one aspect of a complicated and brutal world. But love was the best thing you made, and it has become the only thing worth saving. This war is not just. This war is not good. Love is the only thing worth fighting for."

The meadow fell silent at Daniel's words. Had he gone insane, he didn't even know what love was?

It was purely obvious that Lucinda wasn't next but yet she rose and stood beside Daniel.

"There should have never been a choice between you and Love," Lucinda said to the Throne, "Maybe one day You will find a way to reconcile adoration and the true love You have made us capable of. But if forced to choose, I must stand beside my love. I choose Daniel and will choose him forevermore."

At this point in time, Danni was utterly confused. She was 110% sure that her sister was in love with Lucifer but know she was doubting that.

Lucinda turned towards Lucifer, "You showed me the power of love, and for that I will always be grateful. But love ranks a distant third of you, far behind your pride and rage. You have begun a fight you will never win."

"I am doing this for you!" Lucifer shouted.

It was his first great lie, the universe's first great lie.

"This is over to you Lucifer," the Throne said.

"Lucinda and Daniel you can have your love, but you will live to the extents of it.  Both of you shall leave here and reside to Earth. There Daniel you shall still live as a angel, a fallen angel that is and remember of all these memories. But you Lucinda shall leave for earth as well but as a mortal and remember nothing of your life as an angel. You both will find each but when Lucinda finds out the truth or every seventeen years she will dies only to reincarnate again. So both of you will fall in love over and over again" and that is how Lucifer cursed Lucinda.

"Now, now we can't only curse one twin and leave the other out," Danni looked up at the mention of that.

"You there, Danni will not be accepted by either side. You will become a mere mortal but you will be never loved or ever feel love towards anyone. Times will get rough every lifetime and you will suicide but then we reincarnated to experience it all over again." Lucifer said with a smirk.

And then it all happened so fast. Danni felt herself fall, fall and unable to fly, fall to who knows where?

A.N I know a weird combination for a fan fiction but it will work out. Vampire academy will come in the first chapter. I want some of her feedback and if i should continue.
