I think the eyes flirt the most. There are so many ways to use them.

Scowling at the receptionist who asked her to wait for another five minutes for her appointment, Laura settled on the L shaped couch in the waiting area.

"It's not like I want to be here," she muttered to herself as she waited for her turn.

She turned her attention towards the receptionist who was busy typing something in her desktop. The receptionist was the definition of rainbows in every sense with her hair colored in seven colors and her dress matching her hair. The icing on the cake was her unicorn head band. God, too much positivism! Not that she has any right to judge anyone considering she herself has hair that could blind anyone. Laura groaned internally when thoughts of her hair flashed in her mind. Darn Angel! She loved Laura's hair color and insisted that she doesn't change the color until her wedding ends. And God only knows when that is going to happen. She should have just asked her shove it up her ass, Laura thought as she closed her eyes.

Laura's foul mood is a result of her lack of sleep yesterday. On top of the thought of being homeless, she couldn't stop thinking about Troy. He's everything she ever wanted in a man and her crush on him never went away. She wants to blurt out about her interest in him but the house situation certainly didn't help. God, how she wanted him.

"Ms. Hughes, you can go in. Dr. Hernandez is ready for you," the receptionist replied cheerfully.

"I'm sure he is," she shot back as she marched towards her doctor's office. She didn't bother knocking as she pushed open the door.

And there he is!

Perched in his chocolate-colored, leather armchair, Dr. Benjamin Hernandez stared at the blank sheet of paper and waited for Laura to enter.

Laura stepped inside and took a seat, opposite to him. Pushing her purple hair behind her shoulders, she glared at her doctor. Dr. Hernandez gave her his usual smile as he assessed his patient's posture and overall mood before speaking. Good idea Mister! Think carefully before you start your questions.

"Good morning, Laura."  The heavy, southern drawl he spoke with slowed the pace of his words in a way Laura found charming. It wasn't a common accent to hear in this city, which made it even more pleasant.

"What's so good about this morning, Dr. Hernandez?" was returned.

Dr. Hernandez just smiled instead of answering her question. Not that she needed an answer. He glanced down at his notes from the previous session. "Why is your hair still purple?"

"I told you, it's because of my client." Laura scowled. "What's with you?"

Dr. Hernandez smiled. "How do you feel?"

"How do you think?"

"Tired, angry and sad. I can see you're tired which I believe is from your work. Angry because you do not want to be here but why are you sad? Did your mother call?"

Laura froze for a second at the mention of her mother but she composed herself within a second and she was sure Dr. Hernandez didn't miss her reaction. He just love talking about her mother. "No, Terry asked me to move out."

Dr. Hernandez chuckled. "So your plan failed."

She scowled in annoyance. "Hey, I didn't lie to him or anyone. Nobody asked me not to stay there."
