•Kaoru POV:

(Tuesday)

my alarm went off at exactly 5am,
I groaned as I turn off my alarm.

"Fucking hell..."

I said rubbing my eyes.
Getting out of bed checking the time once more to be sure

then I made my way to the kitchen, I noticed Mirko wasn't home yet so I just thought she went on another mission very very early today.

I made my way to the kitchen and start to cook myself some breakfast

After I'm done cooking I sat down with my food at the table eating.

'what should I do first'

I thought while chewing the food I made.

Minutes have passed and I'm done with my breakfast already so I made my way into the bathroom to brush my teeth before I begin training.

After brushing my teeth I washed my face

changed into some grey sweatpants and a black hoodie, I grabbed my phone and headphones put in my shoes and went outside for a 1 hour run around the city.

....

I was done with my daily run, the sun begins to rise.

I went to my usual training spot in this abondoned beach where I work out and train at the same time.

While I was doing some battle ropes with 2 big and heavy vines I made with the nature quirk,

I noticed that my hand is making a weird black hole kinda thing,

I was just looking at it for about 10 seconds thinking I accidentally used another quirk,

until next second I know the vines I made was sliced into 2,

I saw there was also a similar mark like the black hole thing on my hand but instead it was a slash mark in the air.

I stopped and looked at it confused as the vines started to die.

I didn't think much of it I just thought it was too heavy that it snapped into 2 by itself, so I just made a new one and continued.

5 hours (10am) had passed and I'm done with my training for the day.

I teleported my way back to home because I was too tired to walk back, I went inside drank alot of water then I went to take a long shower.

I had flashbacks of the black hole hand quirk thing.

"I wonder what was that..."

I mumbled.

~ Time Skip ~

I was just chilling at the living room scrolling thru my phone obviously bored until Mirko calls me

"I wonder what is it this time.."
I said to myself as I answered the call

'Hello? HELLO?'

Mirko said loudly on the phone
'CAN YOU HEAR ME?'
she said loudly again as I flinched "yes!...yes I can hear you no need to shout."

I heard her talking to someone but it was all mumbles so I didn't know what was it about

'Are you doing alright?'

she asked "yes I'm doing fine." I replied to her calmly

'im not gonna be home today, instead I want you to meet me at the nearest Starbucks 9am in the morning alright?'

she sounded somewhat excited but I didn't think much of it

"alright, bring me food tho."
I replied sarcastically

'yeah yeah sure whatever..' she laughed

'alright kid I have to go now bye-bye and sleep early!' she told me

"yes..yes goodnight Mirko...be safe." I said before hanging up.

I sighed
'i wonder why we're meeting at Starbucks, can't we just meet here at home?'

I thought, I shaked my head

standing up and heading towards my bedroom yawning.

"Goodnight Mirko."
I said once again before closing the bedroom door.
