Just friends..?

Chapter 6

" Keegan." I heard someone hum.

I opened my eyes and I saw Austin. He smiled at me and I laid there for a second.

" Your one sleepy girl huh." He said

I nodded yes and sat up.

" We're gonna go get something to eat." He said moving my hair out of my face.

" Okay." I said

" Cmon." Austin said pulling me up.

I leaned on him for a second and he held onto me. I wrapped my arms around him and he laid his head on mine.

Have you ever hugged somebody and felt like you were safe and at home ? And nothing could ever possibly hurt you because that person would stop them ? That's how I felt that when I hugged Austin. I felt at home.

I just done understand something. How does he like me more than a friend already ? We only met 2 days ago. But then again he looked at my page every day for like 2 years so it's like he's known me for 2 years.

I looked up at him and we starred into each other's eyes. He started leaning down and our lips brushed. I pushed them together. They moved in perfect sync. They fit together like they were made for each other. This kiss felt different from the other 2. This one felt like it had meaning..

I heard someone start saying something but I ignored it. I was kissing the boy I had dreamed off kissing for 3 years.

I heard another person walk on the bus and a few seconds later Austin pulled away.

I didn't see who it was but they quickly ran off the bus and I heard them say

" THEY KISSED."

It sounded like Emily and Alex.

" WHAT ?!" Jayme yelled

" YEAH." They yelled

" Shhh. We gotta be quiet." Zach said

" Yeah there could be Mahomies lurking." Robert laughed.

" That's true they come out of no where sometimes." Alex laughed.

" No but seriously. They kissed ?!" Jayme said

" Yes ! And it wasn't just a small kiss they were making out !" Emily said

Austin and I laughed and I said ;

" We should act like we have no idea what their talking about."

" We should." Austin said

We just looked at each other and Austin said ;

" Just friends ?"

" Just friends." I said

He sighed and then said ;

" Gonna pretend we don't know anything ?"

" Yes." I said

" Alright." He said

We walked off of the tour bus and they all looked at us.

" Hi guys." Emily said

" Hi." I said

" How was it ?" Jayme asked

" How was what ?" Austin asked

" The kiss." Alex said

" What kiss ?" He said

" STOP PLAYING STUPID WE KNOW YOU KISSED." Jayme yelled.

" We didn't kiss." I said

" Lies." Robert said

" No lies." Austin said
