Maka had been up all night reading a book, 4 hours straight and she almost finished the whole book.
Soul was out training with the others till late night when he came home.
"Maka im home!" Soul said loudly as he opened the door. As soon as he turned around and covered his mouth to see maka passed out with her book on her chest.
"Oops.." Soul locked the door and walked towards maka.
'oh...,' he thought to himself 'she looks..so...cute..' soul shook his head to focus and decided he was gonna bring maka to her room
he slipped one arm under her knees and the other arm behind her back and lifted her up.
"Ugh maka you need to eat more, you way like a pound!" he whispered to himself
Soul walked up the steps to makas room and gently placed her onto her bed.
He saw her shivering so he tucked her in and put some blankets over her.
"S-soul.." maka said whispering and half asleep. "Im cold.."
"well maybe if you ate m-" he stopped himself and had to re-think what he was going to say.
"I...i can lay down with you if you want..." Soul said rubbing the back of his neck, looking to the side, and slightly blushing.
"Y-yes please" She looked up at him and rubbed her eyes, looking tired.
"Oh alright.." The white haired boy said crawling into bed next to maka. He pulled the blankets over him self and looked over at her as she turned towards him.
He stared at her until he realized how long he was doing that for.
She giggled a bit and smiled.
"Um...Maka..." Soul said blushing and staring into makas eyes.
"Yes Soul?" She said looking right back at him.
"I...i...i l-" he leaned forward and gently kissed makas lips as he felt her warm cheeka against his and smiled into the kiss.
"I love you maka.." He held her hand amd smirked as he saw her wildly blushing.
"I..uh..em..oh..i..L-love you too...!" Maka had no idea what she just said but she hoped it made sense.
Soul smiled and kissed her cheek and he cuddled maka as they soon both fell asleep together.
