Chapter IV

--Flashback--

                                   "Ashira, your coronation will be coming soon, how do you feel?"

"I feel great Mother! I know I won't be Queen yet, but I'm excited and feel ready to help you and Father rule."

"Haha, I'm glad you're excited my little blackberry."

"Hehe, thanks Mother."

"Aries, can you come for a second?"

"Sure hon. Stay here Ashira."

"Ok Mother! I love you!"

"I love you to the Moon, my little blackberry."

--Present--

-Ashira's POV-

"Ashira...ASHIRA!" 

"Ughhh. What?" I ask wearily. 

"We're in a new town." Some girl says.

"Mika.....is that you?" I ask moving my body into a sitting position.

"Yes...." She says flustered. 

She has dark brown hair and must have gotten contacts, because she has brownish-grey eyes.

"Wow...you look different." I say tilting my head. I shiver at the thought of my cousin having brown hair.

In my world, brown and blonde hair are rare. 

Red heads are kinda common, but silver or white hair is pretty much 81% of the elf population.

"Where's Zero?" I ask.

"Why do you care about idiot freaks?" Mika asks rolling her eyes.

"Geez, I just wanted to know where he was." I say trying to stand up. I bonk my head on the ceiling.

"Ow. Where are we?" I ask sitting back down and rubbing my head.

"We're in a cart. We're headed to the City of Sucrose." Mika says covering her head with a hat.

I knock the hat off her head. "You look fine Mika, just be confident." I say giving her a smile.

She gives me a weak smile and takes back her hat. 

I sigh and roll my eyes.

--In Sucrose....

"Whoa! This city is huge!" I say looking all around me.

Zero taps my shoulder. 

"AH! Where the hell did you come from?" I ask hiding behind my cousin.

Zero starts laughing. "I'm sorry! I thought it would be funny." He said covering his smile with his hand.

"Sleep with an eye open."
