Chapter Five: Sister Drama

*Jenna's POV*
Link drove me home and hugged me goodnight before driving off into the pitch black night. I unlocked the door and found Alli sitting on the couch hugging a pillow and crying slightly.

"Alli? What's wrong?" I asked politely

"My boyfriend broke up with me"

"You had a boyfriend!?" I said very shocked

"Yeah, when we first moved here about four months ago we started dating. I-I loved him and i thought he loved me to" she sobbed into the plush plum colored pillow

"It's going to be okay Alli, I remember my first break up and I know it's tough.
Do you know why he broke up with you and just another question, what's his name?" I said understandingly

"Locke, Locke McLaughlin. Even though he is two years younger than me I loved him a-and then he brakes up with me for this Lily girl" wait did she say Locke and Lily?

"Wait, like Locke McLaughlin?" I asked

"Yeah, him. Wait that's one of your bosses sons, isn't he"

"Yeah, and the girl he broke up with you for is the girl I was babysitting, Link's daughter"

"Oh, I hope this doesn't effect your career" she said worryingly

"I'm sure it wont" i say reassuring her

She looked down at my wrist

"What happened?" She asked pointing
At the brace

"I fell down the stairs this morning and the bruising started at the Neal's so Link drove me to the hospital" I say like I've repeated this story a thousand times even though I haven't

"Oh, ouch!" She said sympathetically

"Yeah, want some hot coco before bed?" I asked

"Yes please" she said like a five year old.
I mixed the hot coco, added some whip cream, five marshmallows, cinnamon and a candy cane sticking out, just the way she likes it. After a while I went to bed for I'll get a good nights rest for tomorrow and Alli did the same since her best friend Carmen wanted to take her out for some pizza to make her feel better, I like her friend Carmen, he is a nice boy and she deserves someone like that.
When I awoke I still couldn't find my contacts so I was stuck wearing my glasses again. I did my daily make up and put on a white lace dress knee hight with a jean jacket and white flats. I straightened my hair and put on a light brown hat with a dark brown leather strap around it.
I then heard my email bing

Link: I'll pick you up at 4:30 after work. I wanna take you out for a movie and lunch

Me: okay x

I smiled to myself then walked down stairs being careful not to fall again

"Hey honey, what happened to your wrist" my mom asked

"I fell down the stairs yesterday" I said casually

"Oh, well family meeting!" She called out

"Okay"
Dad and Allison then joined us in the living room, I bit into an apple waiting for my mom to begin talking

"You know how we usually have morning walks and that one day I was sick?"
We nodded
"It's because my body can't handle walking that much anymore so no more walks" she declared
Alli silently said yes then turned to me and giggled a little
"Another thing" mom said before we all fully got up
"JC is coming down" yes my brother is coming down, me and him were a lot alike he looked like our dad. Though I still look a lot like mum; me and Allison get out blonde hair and blue eyes from mom, Alli also gets her pale skin from her. Me and JC get our tanned skin from dad, JC also has thick brown hair and brown eyes from dad.
When we were living in Brighton JC moved down here because he wanted to start a life here in LA, two years later the rest of us joined the American city.
I then received an email from Christy's account

ChristyNeal42@hotmail.com: Hey can you please babysit at two and until five. I need to work, but don't worry Jessie will be there at five because Link is going to the movies with Rhett

Me:okay

I checked the time 1:45, I better get going I don't want to be late

On the way there I emailed Link, because my mom drove me because I can't drive

Me: I'm going to be late, I'll be there at five, I'm stuck babysitting

Link: who are you babysitting?

Me: your kids

Link: okay, I'll pretend I forgot something at home and I pretend to drive you to your house

Me: Kay

We finally arrived at their house

"Uh mom, Noah will pick me up at five and we plan on going to a movie then to dinner" I say

"Okay, love you"

"Love you to" I shouted and then knocked on their door

"Hey Jenna, I'm so sorry it's on a short notice" Christy said apologetically

"It's fine" I said with a bright smile
After she left I went upstairs to check on the kids, I saw Lando was playing with Shepherd, wait Chris didn't say I'd be babysitting them to.
Then Lincoln was all alone

"Hey Lincoln"

"Oh hey Jenna"

"Whatcha doing"

"Homework" he sighed

"Oh, if you need any help I'm here"

"I'm fine, thanks"

"Okay" I walked out of his room and down the hall to find Lily's door wide open and her and Locke making out on her bed. I gently knocked the door to let them know I was there. They broke away embarrassed.

"Hey Lil? Can I speak to you" I asked innocently

"Yep, sure" she smiled
Then waved at Locke who looked slightly annoyed

"So what's wrong Jen?" She asked

"I'm glad you and Locke are together but at the same time, I'm not"

"Why not?" She asked upset

"He broke up with my sister for you"

"Oh, I'm sorry I didn't know"

"It's fine, I know you really like him. Just stay safe"

"Okay, okay mom" she said sarcastically then broke down in laughter, I did the same.

"Well, I'm going to go to the bathroom tell Locke I'll be there in a sec please" she said innocently

"Yep" I walked into her room where I over heard Locke talking on the phone.

Locke: yes babe, I'll break her like you want me to. No one will get in the way, I promise. Your sister believed you, oh my, well yeah I did break up with you but then I regretted it. Okay. yep love you to

"Locke?" He looked guilty

"Yes Jenna?"

"Lil is in the bathroom"

"Okay"

"And Locke if you hurt her like you hurt my sister Allison, you better hope Link won't find out" I said threateningly

I caught Lily in hall

"Lil, I think Locke is cheating on you"

"No way "

"I said I think, I could be wrong, I just don't want you to get hurt like he hurt my sister"

"I'll be careful. I promise" she said with a disappointed look
