You've not been in contact with him since he left and not has he tried to contact you or the kids
Brody has come back home a couple days ago

You wake up at 11 am and the kids have gone to school
You look outside the window to confirm and arias car is still outside
You knock on arias door and no reply
You go in and she's not there
You call her and she answers
Aria: what's up mom?
You: how did you get to school?
Aria: dad came to drop us off in a brand new Porsche
You: what?!
Aria: he said he cleared it with you and we were late so I couldn't ask you
You: ok well have a good day
Aria: thanks
She ends the call and you call jaden
Jaden: yes?
You: why did you take the kids to school?
Jaden: it's not a big deal
You: it is a big deal if you take our kids without my permission
Jaden: I'm their dad
You: whose not living with us but instead decided to live with his baby mama
Jaden: well my children didn't want to see me so I went to my other child
You: maybe it's best we get a divorce

You: yeah after that you come home
