Chapter 11

The dog growled and ran straight at me. I dodged and it ran past. At Ron! It dug it's sharp teeth into his leg and dragged him down a hole that was at the foot of the Whomping Willow! I reacted first and took off after them, it took a second for the others to respond. I was able to get down the hole, but when I looked back, I saw the tree flick the other three away. I waited anxiously for them. Eventually they were able to get in. After falling on me.

"Oh, I'm sorry."

"You right Lila?"

"I'm fine thanks Malfoy. Any idea where this goes to?"

"I have a funny feeling." Harry said and he marched off.

"The Shrieking Shack?" Hermione said, we had come to the end of the tunnel.

"Yeah, come on." We could hear Ron crying from upstairs.

We raced up and found him in the corner of a room. "Guys it's a trap! He's the dog! He's an Animagus!"

We turned around and our eyes followed the paw prints that were printed in the dust. Behind the door stood a figure. The door slammed closed and Sirius Black stood less than three metres away. He stepped towards us.

"If you want Harry and Lila you'll have to kill us too!" Hermione screamed, while she stood in front of us.

"No, only one will die tonight." He smirked.

"Then it'll be you!" Harry roared. He pushed Hermione out of the way and charged at Sirius. He put his hands around his throat and they ended up on the floor. I screamed at Harry to stop.

"Haha, are you going to kill me Harry Potter!?" Black laughed as Harry pointed his wand at him.

"Expelliarmus!" Lupin shouted as he crashed through the door. Harry's wand flew out of his hand. Lupin gestured him to stand aside. Harry jumped up and ran over to me. Lupin was already zoning in on Black.

"Well, well, Sirius. Looking rather ragged, aren't we? Finally, the flesh reflects the madness within."

"Well, you'd know all about madness within, wouldn't you Remus?" Sirius gloated.

Lupin smiled and helped Sirius up. They gave each other the biggest hug the world has ever seen. Was I missing something?

Sirius started rambling. "I found him. He's here!"

"I understand Sirius." Said Lupin patiently.

"Let's kill him!" Sirius screeched.

"No!" Hermione interrupted. "I trusted you! And all this time, you've been his friend. He's a werewolf!" She pointed at Lupin, who's head snapped up.

"I knew it!" I stated. "That's why he's been missing classes! That's why that bogart turned into a moon and that's why Snape said, "Walking in the moonlight." Like he owned the world!

"How long have you two known?"

"Since the day we wrote the paper." We answered in unison.

"Well, well, you two really are the brightest witches of your age I've ever met."

"Enough talk Remus!" Sirius shouted. "Let's kill him."

"Wait!"

"I did my waiting!" Sirius was having a rage. "Twelve years of it! In Azkaban!"

"Alright. Kill him." Lupin said as he handed him his wand. "But wait one more minute. Harry and Lila have the right to know why."

"I already know why!" Harry shouted at the pathetic excuse of a teacher. "You betrayed our parents. Your the reason their dead!"
