Danganronpa motive idea:
If no one kills in a certain amount of time, their genitalia/uteruses/reproductive organs get removed by force. Might not seem that bad until you hear that there will be no anesthesia used so they will be fully conscious when the process is happening and will feel the pain.
Add on: Zombie chickens(or anything in general) that will chase them and bite their nuts off-
