"Ahh, Edwin Stupid Lewis, come here you little shit",screamed Evana as she came out of her room, with a slipper in her hand.

"Nah nah nah nah nah", sang Edwin shaking his butt at her. She threw the slipper and it hit his butt.

"Oww",he ran away rubbing his butt. He thought it would be nice to draw in his sister's face when she was asleep. Now, he's facing the consequences.

She huffed and went to her room to get ready for college. The breakfast went by her glaring at him and he was smiling at her the whole time.

They reached the college and he pulled her by her neck and ruffled her hair."Idiot",she mumbled as she fixed her hair.

He dropped her at her first class by shoving her inside. He heard her growl as he quickly ran away for his life.

He reached the locker section and went towards a group of boys.

He pulled a boy harshly by his collar."You better take your eyes off my sister. Or let's say your future will not be pleasant. Understood?",he growled gritting his teeth.

His friends tried to attack him, but his cold eyes and dark aura made a chill run down their spine.

Edwin again looked at the boy" I. Asked. Understood?",he said slowly making the boy gulp and he mumbled"y-yes".

Edwin left his collar and went away to his class. For the past week,he noticed the boy giving the perverted eyes to his sister. She didn't noticed but he did.

During lunch,the twins were enjoying their lunch when Evana gave a small piece of sandwich to her brother.

He looked at her suspiciously. Normally,his sister was not the one to share food. Even if she does not in a million years she would give it to him.

'Did she add poision?,his mind asked him. 'No, she love me too much to kill me, R-right?',he replied his mind. 'Yeah sure', his mind replied sarcastically.

Noticing his hesitation, she took a bite from her sandwich. He gulped and slowly took a bite expecting his head to go dizzy.

Instead he felt a burning sensation in his tongue. His lovely sister added wasabi for his bite.

He frantically drank the water and snatched the drink from the nearby table. The girl looked at him weirdly but he couldn't care less.

"You punk, how dare you?",he asked his sister catching his breath. "Revenge, sweetie", she smirked.

He chased her out of the cafeteria while students were looking at them clueless.

It was the last class when Edwin felt a pang in his heart. Something was not right. 'Evana', he thought as he ran out of the class, ignoring the yells from his professor.

He threw open the classroom door where his sister will be present. "Where is Evana?",he asked to no one in particular.

"She went to the bathroom",said the professor.

He ran quickly in the direction but stopped seeing a figure leaning against the wall.

He reached there and crouched down next to her. She was struggling to breath.

"Evana, baby,look at me",he said holding her shoulders. She just held her throat struggling to breath.

He hastily took a inhaler from his pocket and gave her 3 shots. She leaned against him as her breathe slowly became normal.

"Take me home",she said closing her eyes. He picked her up and went to his car. He didn't care about his belongings. He can collect them later.

He laid her on the bed and opened the curtains and windows allowing some fresh air to get in.

He laid beside her and slept worrying about his sister. By evening he got up and looked around.

Evana was still sleeping. He hugged her when he felt she was warm. Too warm. She was having a fever.

He woke her up but she was too tired to get up.

"It hurts", she said as few tears left her eyes. "You'll be fine soon baby. It's just a fever", he said as he controlled his tears.

He made her a light food and fed her slowly. He contacted the doctor and by his instruction if the fever didn't reduce by tomorrow, she will be taken to the hospital.

He gave her medicine and changed her clothes for her comfort. He woke up frequently in the middle of the night to check up on her.

By the next day she was a little better.He made sure she was taking her medicines correctly. Luckily, it was Saturday.

"EVANA", screamed Edwin as she accidentally broke his phone. She just shrugged and said "Sorry bro."

"Why are you so annoying?",he asked irritated.

She pointed her fingers at him and again at her.

"We are same bro. You are me and I am you", she said grinning. He rolled his eyes and ruffled her hair. She slapped away his hands mumbling "idiot".
