Cheong-san had bumped into Sun-hee and On-jo, somehow, in the middle of all the chaos. He grabbed both of them leading them to who knows where. He had led them to a near table ducking underneath it. "On-jo are you okay?" the boy asked her.
"Yeah I'm fine don't worry about me" Sun-hee yelled over the mess sarcastically, rolling her eyes. They had got out from under the table. Another girl was with them, a boy had bumped into Cheong-san causing him to push Sun-hee and the two other girls down.
The girl was thrashing around, On-jo approached her asking if she was okay. She stood up charging at On-jo. The short haired girl stood up herself throwing her of her friend. The three climbed onto a table looking for somewhere to escape, when Cheong-san saw an open window with some of his friends there.
"Let's go there" he shouted. Sun-hee looked at the direction he was looking in deciding it was the best choice they had. The three had passed the students attempting to bite each other on the way to the window.
Once the three had reached there they climbed through the window, On-jo coming first. She had managed to get out, her feet planted on the ground. Sun-hee was looking out to see if any of them were coming this way to harm them.
"Why aren't you coming? Come on!" she heard On-jo's voice yell from the other side of the wall.
"Sun-hee, c'mon you go next!" Cheong-san grabbed her wrist pulling her to the window. She didn't object knowing this was no proper time for that.
"On-jo!" Sun-hee called out to the girl. She helped Sun-hee get down, Cheong-san not far behind her. The three continued to run, when they saw some of the students being harmed. They backed away, going to run in the other direction when they saw another one there.
The boy ran towards them, when Cheong-san saw another pathway, pulling the girls in that direction. They had managed to get out of the building. Chaos was going on, everything was painted red. The students were mostly running away from the ones that were attempting to bite them.
There was truck driving at full speed, running over some of the students. It came to a stop when it crashed into a wall. The boy pulled them towards the truck. They climbed on it, the other helping each other as they got on. On-jo grabbed Sun-hee's hand as she helped her up. Cheong-san had pushed his back close to a wall.
On-jo got on his shoulders. Once she got up she helped the two join her, giving them her hand as she pulled them up. They had entered through a window. They ran away from the thing that were driving the people to do this. Cheong-san soon got cornered by one of them. Sun-hee, not knowing what to do, watched as On-jo grabbed a near-by fire extinguisher and sprayed it around. Sun-hee coughed, grabbing the end of her jacket, trying to cover her nose.
They continued running soon finding a classroom which contained normal students. Two boys had blocked the entrance preventing them from getting in. Sun-hee banged on the door.
"Hey! Let us in fuckers!" she yelled at them continuing to hit her fist on the door. Cheong-san opened a window telling them to open the door. Gyeong-su had pushed whoever was blocking the door and let them it, quickly closing it, and the window Cheong-san opened.
"Are you okay?" Gyeong-su asked his friends. "On-jo, Sun-hee!" I-sak called out, going to hug her best friends. Sun-hee pulled away from I-sak, scanning the room full ok her classmates. Wu-jin was with Gyeong-su, blocking the door. Na-yeon was with Hyo-ryung, Min-ji, and Ji-min. And Joon-yeong was alone not far from I-sak, On-jo and her.
"How's the campus? Are we dead or what?" questioned Gyeong-su in particular to no one. Cheong-san approached the window looking out only to see red. Sun-hee was in luck. She still had her backpack on her which contained her phone and food her mom had insisted her to pack. They were all startled when a boy came in his face white.
"Who are you?" Wu-jin, the boy who was blocking the door earlier, asked. "Asshole. Brother- brother-in-law" Dae-su coughed. Wu-jin opened the door wider letting him in.
"Holy shit. They're so aggressive" Dae-su said. "What happened to you're face?" Wu-jin looked at his face which was covered in what seemed to be a white powder.
"I don't know some crazy jerk sprayed me with a fire extinguisher" he answered, cleaning himself with a towel he had found.
"What the hell is happening" Sun-hee said. "Train. Train to busan" Cheong-san looked around him.
"The movie?" Dae-su confirmed. "Aren't they Zombies it's the same thing"
"Cheong-san ah I think you've been watching to many movies" replied Sun-hee, scoffing.
"It's true! Watch" he stated, taking Dae-su by that hand and guiding him to the window.
Wu-jin following him, with Gyeong-su behind. "The door! The door!" Joon-yeong shouted at Gyeong-su, as the latter went back to block the door with his body.
Sun-hee went to Cheong-san and his friends, On-jo's grip on her loosening as she parted from them. She looked out the window seeing the campus covered in Zombies biting the rest of the students that were still uninfected.
"Holy shit" she whispered. The four flinched back when a hand suddenly slammed on the window. "What the fuck is that?" Dae-su exclaimed. "Bare-su! It's Bare-su!"
"Well help him up then!" Sun-hee yelled at the boy. The hand of Su-hyeok slid the door open, the girl approaching, as the two boys, Wu-jin and Dae-su, helped him in the room. Sun-hee moved forward, about to ask the boy if he was okay, when he leaned his body out the window shouting "Nam-ra, hurry up!"
As Su-hyeok grabbed her hand and helped her in. Sun-hee was relieved to say the least to see that Nam-ra, her friend, was okay, but the girl couldn't help the pang of jealousy in her stomach when she saw Su-hyeok, guide the girl further in the room hands on her waist.
Su-hyeok started panting laying himself on the floor. "It's that isn't it? Zombies"
