Chapter 0: The vial

Izuku Midoriya walked around the room in interest, mostly looking at the posters of the retro style heroes. "I see you have some interest in those." The man appeared randomly behind of Midoriya.

"Oh! Ah- Hello, Mr..." The man completed Midoriya's sentence, "Mr. Ichi(you'll know who once you translate it and get the hint)," he said, looking at the green haired teen. "I presume you must be..." He said looking at his clipboard, "Izuku Midoriya, is that correct?"

"Y- yes that's me." Midoriya stuttered from nervousness. That name sounds oddly familiar.

"Now, let's get on with the experiment shall we?" Mr. Ichi motioned for Midoriya to follow him, for they were going to start the process. "We're going to monitor you as you start to experience... symptoms" The man was careful with his words because he is [REDACTED FOR STORY PURPOSES]. Midoriya nodded, knowing that this could possibly benefit the world, or so the prompt said.

"We recommend changing into a swimsuit so the experiment will be able to work properly, as you will be in the pool. The changing room should be next to you." He gestures towards his left, but since Midoriya forgot to bring the swimsuit he's supposed to wear, he just replied, "I, uh, kinda forgot to bring that." The man laughed, "That's alright, do you mind if we supply you with one?"

"No, I don't mind." Midoriya accepted the shorts and swim shirt as he went into the changing room.

Later

"Alright, are you ready?"
"Yeah!"
"Okay, please take a drink from the vial, then head the the pool."
Midoriya saw the small vial next to him, hesitantly, he drank it. The pool was next to him, he felt lonely, remembering that one time they went to the swimming practice suggested by Mineta and Denki. He smiled, at least this is temporary! He slowly slid into the pool. He shivered. The water was cold. The substance did not take effect immediately, because of how the digestive system worked. Soon though, Midoriya started to feel, weird, he feels a slight burning sensation all over his body. Wincing, he decides to go underwater for a short time.

He realized something as soon as he went out of the water.

Izuku Midoriya was a girl.

He almost screamed blushing, a lot. But he somehow held it in. "It seems the experiment worked!" The woman in the comm said, Midoriya can hear the yells of cheers and happiness from the speakers. He realized something, no wonder why they gave him a shirt.

"I- is there a-a way to f- fix this?" Midoriya said, scared he would have to stay as a girl. "Don't worry, although this is on the permanent side, you can turn back to a guy with warm-enough water." The man helped Midoriya out of the water. Permanent?!? What will the other think about me? "Is there a warm bath here?" He asked, a little bit calm since he can change into a guy, having a feeling of his manliness return. Mr. Ichi nodded, "it's just over there."

As he reached the bathing rooms, he noticed a lot of people, especially guys, staring at him. Is it because of his orange fruit sized chest? He shivered. At least he can turn back to a guy when he wants to.

Thank god he was wearing a swim shirt, he didn't have to look at himself naked. Sighing, he went into the warm shower. Immediately, the effects reversed, though not permanently, as he would still turn into a girl a lot of times, but let's not get into that yet. He happily changed back into his normal clothes in the changing room.
