I anxiously bit my nails as I waited for them to respond.
Honestly, I wanted to get to know her. He seemed interesting, although I also had this feeling that seemed to push me to talk to them... After a minute I finally got a reply.

I sighed in relief as I felt my shoulders relax, I was expecting her to say no. I opened minecraft on another tab and and logged into Hypixal. Soon after I heard the discord noise of an incoming call, I accepted and was greeted by some rustling on herend,
" Damnit... stormy get off my keyboard!" they sounded quite frustrated.
I chuckled lowly but it seems that my mic catched the sound because I heard a small squeal on the other side.
" Oh god, I'm so sorry about that ! One of my cats jumped on my keyboard and must've pressed the call button"
" It's fine, its happened before" I said remembering the time where Niki's cat had done the same except that instead of calling him it ended their call. Niki had then called back immediately apologizing for Zuko.
" Your cat has called someone before?" She sounded so confused as she said that
"I- no. I meant that its happened to others while we were in a call"
" Oh."
There was an awkward silence after that, we both didn't want to be the first to talk and were just waiting for the other to start the conversation.
