Chp13:

"It's been a week..." I stared at the calendar beside me and sighed.

*ding!

I quickly hopped off my bed and went to check on my phone.

"Motherfuc*ker..." I cursed silently and laid down on the bed again.

I opened up the messaging app to check if he had replied to my messages and all I got was disappointment.

Does he...really don't want to talk to me anymore...?

"Haihhh..." I sighed and threw my phone away.

'Days without him pass quite slowly, doesn't it...' I was just getting a little bit emotional when someone called me.

"Who the heck calls me at this hour...?" I mumbled annoyingly and went to pick up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Oh my dear sister, thank god you're still awake!" My brother shouted happily over the phone.

"What do you want?" I knew he's plotting something when he speaks to me with that 'sweet' big brother tone.

"Oh, haha..you see...we uhh..."

"I'm hanging up-"

"NONONONO! We overlooked the bus' schedule so...so...can you please come and fetch us?" Akihiko snatched the phone away from my brother and talked.

"Are you fu*king insane? I don't even have a license! And it's freaking illegal for me to drive!" I yelled.

"It's almost midnight now, no one will see you, pleaseeee~" He pleaded.

"No." I hung up the phone before he could say anything. What kind of man is this, letting an underaged girl do illegal things at night.

After rolling around on the bed, I felt a bit guilty for not fetching them. I forced myself to get up from the bed and cooked some supper for them. They must've skipped dinner for practice.

After an hour, two plates of omelette fried rice were being served.

I looked at the clock and it's 1am in the morning.

"What took them so long..." I can't help but worry about those two.

I waited for them at the dining table and got bored after 5 minutes. I decided to draw something cute on the omelette with tomato sauce and another hour is gone.

But they still haven't come back home...

"They should be back by now...Maybe I'll wait for them downstairs." I stood up, grabbed the keys and went to the ground floor of the apartment.

And I absolutely regretted my choice.

"Heyyy pretty~ Are you alone? Hmm? You wanna play with me?" A drunk man suddenly grabbed my hands and started speaking shit in front of me.

"Let go of me! Who do you think you are to touch me?!" I swung my hands away from him and walked away from him.

"Just play with me a little~ I'm lonely too.." That man tried to touch me once again.

"I said don't touch me, you perv!" I gave him a big slap on his face.

He seemed to be shocked by my action and his shockness soon turned into anger.

"YOU DARE TO SLAP ME, BIT*H!" He clenched his fist and held up preparing to hit me.

Just when I was prepared to fight with this man, a strong hand gripped his fist.

I turned around and saw a familiar face.

"Ugetsu...?" I called him.

"Stay back, Y/N." He swung the man's hand away and covered me up.

"Who the fu*k are you?! That's my girl!" The man tried to grab me even though I was standing behind Ugetsu.

Oh god, I'd rather die than be your girl...

"HEY! STOP TOUCHING HER." Ugetsu heavily grabbed the man's collar then punched him in his face. The man lost his balance and fell on the ground.

"You...MOTHERFU*KER!" The man immediately stood up and tried to hit Ugetsu.

"Ugetsu!" I quickly pushed him away and a heavy punch soon laid on my face.

"Y/N!" Ugetsu shouted.

I fell onto the ground. My cheek was burning in pain, the blood from my mouth started dripping down. My eyes widened in shock when I saw the amount of blood I lost when I wiped my mouth.

"Y/N! Are you alright?! Why would you do that?!" Ugetsu worriedly ran towards me. When he grabs my face to check my wounds, I can clearly feel his hand trembling in fear.

I smiled and slowly moved his hands away. He seemed to be shocked with my expression and stopped moving.

"Just wait here until I deal with that asshole, alright?" I still kept my smile on my face and slowly stood up then walked towards that pervert.

"Wh-why are you coming towards me?! He's the one who punched me first! Isn't it normal for me to punch him back?!" That pervert defended himself.

I ignored that pervert's word and continued walking until I reached in front of him.

"And-and who knows you're going to push him away? It's not my fault that- AHHHHHHHHHH!" I swung my legs and kicked the balls between his thighs as hard as I could before he could even finish his bullshits.

He kneeled down and then laid down on the ground, whining in pain.

I squatted down to where he could see my face and waited not long for him to lift his head up to curse at me.

"YOU BIT*H! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" He yelled.

"Oh hoho, I'm worried that someone wouldn't be able to breed in the future～" I pouted sadly and made a 'oh no, I'm so sorry for your lost' face then stood back up.

I pulled Ugetsu up and led him into the apartment.

Before going in, I stopped and turned around to that man.

"Don't try to mess with me, uncle. I can't make sure of the safety of your other organs next time." I smiled at him.

"You- I'll let you go this time!" That man slowly stood up and quickly walked away with his balls hurting down there.

"Tch, weak." I turned around and saw Ugetsu staring at me with his eyes shining, like a fanboy being amazed by a girl idol's beauty.

"...What's with that look?" It's weird when he looks at me like that.

"Nothing, hehe." He chuckled.

"Weirdo. What are you doing here anyways?" You've disappeared for a whole fu*king week.

"Oh..I uhh, I'm just jogging. Yeah."

"Yeah of course, jogging with slippers, of cour- Ouch!" God dammit, that pervert's punch was no joke.

"I'm sorry..It must hurt right..." Ugetsu softly brushed my injured cheeks.

"It's okay, it doesn't hurt as much as when I broke my ankle." I stopped smiling when I grabbed his bleeding elbow to move his hand away.

"You're bleeding!" I quickly checked his elbow.

"It must be the time when I pushed you...I'm sorry..I pushed too hard." The guilt in me expanded.

"That's nothing compared to you rejecting me."

I was stunned at his words.

"...let's go treat your wound first."
