School had just finished an hour ago and me and Miggy immediately left the campus right away. I literally mean it. As soon as the bell rang we were already at the back door ready to leave.

We are currently just chilling in the living room in my apartment while waiting for Mina and Chaeyoung and the food we ordered to come. Right now I am just surfing through social media using my phone while Miggy is just playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on my PC.

As I am scrolling through Facebook, I have noticed certain posts and articles regarding the situation in the states right now. It has really gotten my attention since my parents work there and I haven't heard from them in awhile and it's really making me disappointed in them. Lastly these things actually got me intrigued since there is not much information reported right now just full of reports and rumors and I almost don't give a fuck about them anymore since I don't know what to believe in and who.

I was so lost in thoughts until I suddenly got startled because of some loudass dude in my apartment.

"YALL STEP IN THE FUCKING POINT JESUS!!"

I shot Miggy a glare.

"Man can you just shut the fuck up?!? You ain't even in your own house" I said to Miggy out loud clearly annoyed.

"Dude you are much worse than this and did I even complain about you screaming while assaulting your desk? No."

"Still tho, I am thinking about something and you just made me forget about it instantly." I retorted.

"Ain't my problem anym- AW COME ON! For Fucks sake!"

"Aish take a break dude, you need some water."

"Whatever." I heard him sigh as he went to my kitchen to grab some water bottles.

"Finally inner peace." I muttered as I exhaled, enjoying the temporary quiet and peaceful environment in my living room.

"YO AIGHT IM BACK" I heard Miggy fucking scream again beside me as I am in deep in thoughts while relaxing myself.

"JESUS CHRIST CAN YOU PLEASE STOP STARTLING ME?!?!"

"HAHAHAH ok ok Im sorry aish, You were so deep in thought so I might as well surprise you."

"Whatever dude just continue doing your shit, I'm gonna play a bit. Just gonna wait for the food and Mina and Chaeyoung."

"Alright then imma hop onto another ga-" as Miggy was about to queue for another match while answering me we suddenly heard the door ring.

*DING DONG*

"Aight it's probably the food or the two of them." Miggy said while removing his headphones. "Who is gonna answer?" he added while questioning me.

"Just continue playing. I'll go out now since I have nothing to do anyways." I shrugged as I unlocked the door.

The moment I stepped out of my apartment, the sight of two familiar people caught my attention immediately and yes it was Mina and Chaeyoung who had just arrived. Both of them are still in their school uniform with matching hoodies.

"Sorry we are kinda late hehe, we had to do something important at school" Mina apologized in a soft voice to which I just shook my head.

"No, no don't worry, It's still too early, no need to apologize. Anyways come in" I answered her while patting her back as I ushered them in my apartment.
