Tine was just leaving his apartment when Wat stopped him in his way, "Where are you going?"

"To meet a friend."

"Who?"

"Jake."

"You are still friends with him?"

"Why wouldn't I be?"

"Because he's weird."

"No, he's not. "

"He's too clingy towards you. I bet you he's into you."

"No. He's straight."

"I don't think so."

"I don't care about what you think."

"I'm just worried about you. Stay alert."

"You don't have to worry about me."

"I know."

"Cook lasagna for me tonight."

Wat smiled at that, "Sure."

Tins reached Jake's apartment and found Jake looking down.

"What's the matter, Jake?"

"I had a fight with Tanya."

"Ohhhh. I'm sure you guys will figure it out."

"Maybe. I feel awful after fighting with her."

"You love her so much."

"Yes, she's my everything."

"Then you guys will make up. Fights happen all the time. You just need to talk it out."

"You are right. Thanks for coming, Time. I was feeling really low."

"Did you have lunch?"

"No."

"I think you should eat something. Let's order something."

"If you say so."

After finishing their lunch, they just sat down and Time listened as Jake told him about the fight and gave him advice as how to make it up with Tanya. Though Tine wasn't an expert on relationship having failed two of them but he felt good that he could help his friend. It made him feel useful. Watching Jake's relationship filled him with warmth, how much he loved his girlfriend, Tine craved that too. They were so lost in their conversation that they didn't notice it had already gotten late.

Tine's phone rang, Wat's name flashed on the screen.

"What happened?"

"Tine, where are you?"

"At Jake's place."

"Still? It's getting late. Come home."

"Yeah-"

Jake intervened, "Tine, why don't stay the night?"

"Well..... I th-"

Wat snapped, "Tine, you are not staying there. Come back home now."

"Jake-"

"Tine, come on. It's already late. Just have dinner here and stay. You can leave in the morning. You don't have work tomorrow."

"Are you sure?" Tine asked hesitantly.

"Of course. You are my best friend."

"Sure."

"Tine." Wat said angrily.

"I'm staying here for the night. Bye."

"Tine-" Tine cut off the phone.
