Merlin the Pigeon used his magical pigeon powers and set a Popsicle stick inside a day old, crusty hot dog. Written on the Popsicle stick, in gold mustard, were the words, "Whoso pulleth out this Popsicle stick of this stone is the rightwise born king of the pigeons of all India." And of course everybody tried to get it out, but nobody succeeded. Arthur, being the indoor pigeon he was, he didn't learn about the stick, and so when he was taking his monthly walk outside, he stumbled upon a Popsicle stick with a hot dog impaled on it. Being the little shit nerd he was, he decided that it would make a good addition to his Popsicle stick tower; he just had to get the stupid hot dog off! Right when he was waddling towards his newfound treasure, a pack of stick-pigeon bullies stepped in between him and the hot dog.
