Dekus pov

As were in the elevator i tell kacchan i have to make a call and call my dad

D is for deku and F is for father
D:"Hey dad can you see about renting me a car down here?"
F: "Izuku i told you that you could just drive down in the first place"
D: " i know i know but i wanted to spend the bus ride with my classmates and besides it was required to ride with them"
F: " fine ill have someone pick it up, ill make sure they call later when they get it. Any preferences?"
D: "just a sec dad, hey kacchan what type of car do you want? We can get whatever you want"
"I- uh i dont know, it dosent matter to me" kat answers not knowing how to answer
D:"Alright i dont care i just need a car while im here, thank you dad"
F: "have fun"
D: " i will, love you"
F: " love you too son"
•••• end of call••••

"Alright kacchan we should bave a car by tonight" i said as i turned off my phone
"I could have walked you know" he says as the doors open
"But why would you if you dont have to?" I ask looking at him as he steps into the lobby

I open the door for him and he hesitates for a second before walking through and starting down the sidewalk, he dosent seem like he plans on answering my question,
"Im confused." He says stopping and turning to look at me
"About what?" I ask stopping infront of him
"Im so rude to you and youre saying all this shit about only wanting me to be happy but not only that, then you punched me earlier and cleaned me up from that. Why?" He says seeming truely confused
"Well, i know that at the time i punched you because you made me angry and i had just woken up. So thats why i hit you and i cleaned you up because honestly even though you deserved it i shouldnt have punched you that hard.  And youve always been rude to me its kinda your thing" i say smiling lightly and turning to walk again

He grabs my arm to stop me and i turn to look at him again to see hes looking at me slightly nervous "but that dosent explain why youre being so nice to me"
"Im nice to you because i think that you need a friend who will always be there for you and will protect you"
"I can protect myself dammit" he grumbles as he starts walking while wrapping his hands around my arm almost holding onto me but not quite
I smile softly at the smaller boy as we walk the rest of the way to the store in a comfortable silence

We walk into the store and i grab a cart following him to the snacks aisle and watching as he looked over the chips, i lean around him and grab some for myself and then walk a little father grabbing cookies and some other snack foods, after we get enough snacks i get some milk and other necessities and everything we will need for our stay while i tell him to go get some real food

Kacchan comes back with some foods and we head to the check out
"Is there anything else you want Kacchan?"
"Umm, i don't think so"
"Alright lets go check out"

As were putting our stuff through the checkout i get a call
"Ive gotta take this ill be right back"
"Okay"

"Yes?" Deku answers
"We got your car sir"
"Thank you, is it outside now"
"Yes sir"
"Ill be right out"

I walk back to the check out and tell Kacchan they got our car outside that ill come back to help him

I walk out and see Ryder standing next to a  red Ferrari
"Thanks dude" i said bro hugging my best friend
"No prob man"
"Im gonna stand out so much in this"

"Haha yeah you will but you know how your dad is, only the best for my son" Ryder says imitating izu's dad and chuckling
"Heh yeah, well i need to go back inside and help Kacchan thanks again for bringing me the car"
"No problem bro go get ya mans"
"Oh shut up" i reply laughing
He hands me the keys and walks across the parking lot to get in another car with a few other men
I go back inside and help Kacchan finish checking out and push the cart out the door and Kacchan stops as he looks at the Ferrari
"who the hell drove a Ferrari to a grocery store?!" He asks incredulously
"Do you not like it? I can get another one"
"Wait what?! Your dad bought you a fucking Ferrari!"
"Heh yeah its a bit much"
"A bit!?"
"He is a little eccentric" i say chuckling and beginning to load the stuff in the car
He just stares at me for a minute before helping

I open his door for him and he just looks at me in confusion until i motion for him to get in then he sits inside and i take the cart back

I slide into the drivers seat and start the car kacchan is still kindof looking around the car
"Ive aways wanted to ride in a ferrari" he says softly as i start to pull out of the parking lot
"Later we should take it out and see how fast it can go"
"We cant we'll get a ticket"
"Only if they catch us" i say smirking over at him
"I still cant believe how different you are" kacchan says looking at me
"Is that good or bad?" I ask chuckling
"Good i think" he says smiling
"Well if you ever want anything dont be afraid to ask for it" i says as i press the gas a little and speed up some and start swerving expertly around the cars
"We're gonna have fun when we take this thing out" i say smirking

We get to the hotel and take our stuff up to the room putting it all away
I walk over and grab my suitcases rolling them into the bedroom and go back for my duffel bags
Kacchan does the same, i set my stuff on the bed and he puts his on the couch
"You know we have a big ass bed and you can put your stuff on here too right?"
"Its okay, you already have your stuff on it"
"Come on" i say motioning for him to put his stuff on the bed
"Fine" he concedes
We unpack about half of our stuff and its all just sitting on the bed and i walk over to the closet and walk into it
Its pretty big for a hotel room and even has a vanity in the back, two separate rods to put stuff on and good lighting. In the back near the vanity there is a large circular seat and a large full body mirror

I walk back out and take some of my clothes hanging them up
Kacchan walks in with some of his stuff and drops it on the ground staring at the closet in awe
"Its so big!" He says loudly
I walk over and pick up his clothes putting the clothing on the hangers while he looks around in it

We unpack until i  have one suitcase left and i decide to pretend i already unpacked it. I roll my suitcases to the closet, parking them in the back and throwing my duffel bags on top of it.
I go out and sit on the bed, watching as kat finishes unpacking.
My phone dings and so does kats, i open the group chat we're in and see mina invited everyone over to their room to play games and hang out.
"We should go"
"Ugh, we were just on a bus for 20 fucking hours and now she wants to cramp us all in a small ass room?"
"Yeah" i say smiling
"Why would i want to go?"
"Because your friends want to hang out with you"
"So?"
"So come on"
I say standing up and starting towards the doors
He sighs and follows me
