(I know this is Giblet, but I wanted a Saiyan with a hood, and both Giblet and Shallot look awesome. I have to use Shallot for the forms though, cause I couldn't find any of these for Giblet. Just imagine them with Giblet's jacket)

I know it's not technically canon, but Leek's strongest form is Super Saiyan 4. Also, in this timeline Leek is the only Saiyan who can use the form, because his bloodline actually originated from Universe 7, where the Saiyans had tails, while the Saiyans from Universe 6 don't (Also, all of the Saiyans on Earth have lost their tales anyway)

Moves
Moon Breaker - Beam: Leek fires a dark purple beam that bounces off surfaces, exploding if it hits an enemy or another blast.
Comet Shatter - Barrage: Leek shoots a big blue Ki ball in the air, which spins and fires blasts in all directions.
Napalm Burst Wave - Blast: Leek swipes his arm in front of him, releasing a wave of red energy that expands as it moves forward, annihilating anything in it's path.
Moeru Taiho (Burning Artillery) - Ultimate Attack: Leek rapidly fires a bunch of Ki projectiles up into the air that grow as they move. The longer they are in the air, the bigger they get. They eventually rain down on the enemy, devastating them with explosive impacts.
Genshi-Kakuyugoho (Atomic Fusion Artillery) - Ultimate Finishing Attack: Leek puts both hands together above his head, firing two giant projectiles at once that spiral around each other, both of which rapidly grow as long as they are in the air. The projectiles break away from each other and hit the target from both sides, merging together to create one giant explosion.
Gravity Hammer - Increases the weight of an enemy. The attack makes them heavier depending on how hard the punch hits them, but the punch has to connect and make direct contact.
