Chapter 43: Temple & Dragons

(Date: 08/21/2506) (Time: 15:30)

After fighting for some time now the trio were then inside the mysterious temple as all 3 of them have been fighting a shit ton a lot of monsters & demons on their way as there were so many that they all had to keep on fighting & fighting as so many were killed. Blood was splattered, bodies were dismembered, & so many more things happened as Iron Man & Illidan had to use a lot of their weapons & cast their own magics while War Machine kept on firing a lot of his firepower as all 3 of them then started fighting the 1st boss level which was a gigantic version of an Undead Abomination which made the trio look at it.

>Final Boss 1:
Fresh Meat!

>Iron Man:
I really should've brought the Phoenix-Killer Armour.

>War Machine:
Yep.

And so the Boss then started swinging its Meat Cleaver as the trio had to fly away from each other & dodged its swings as now War Machine kept firing his guns at the Boss while Iron Man fires his repulsors & for Illidan to try to attack the Boss up close while it was being distracted by firepower & energy weapons as now Illidan took the opportunity to fly up & decapitated the Boss which killed it as now the 1st Boss was dead. After that they then entered the next room as they started fighting even more monsters & demons that are more stronger than before as the trio kept pressing on. And so there they were as they all fought them back as Iron Man started slicing up monsters infront of him with his lasers while War Machine started bombarding the bigger ones. But as for Illidan he has been slicing down several demons as the battle became more like a blood bath as they have been fighting for at least minutes as they all had to fight & move at the same time killing off so many enemies infront of them aswell as even avoiding traps until they made it to the next floor. The next floor was somehow empty as the trio kept on pressing on as they looked around to see at least already dead monsters. But what was more shocking is that there are Night Elven dead bodies that were still fresh.

>Illidan Stormrage:
Night Elves?

>Iron Man:
Not just any Night Elves, but Watchers.

>War Machine:
Wait, Watchers? But how, how did they get here?

>Iron Man:
I don't know, but I bet that The Watchers must've found out that Illidan would go here.

>Illidan Stormrage:
If they're here then I guess Maiev could be here? But where?

That was when they heard something explode in the next room. And so the trio then investigated the next room to see some of The Watchers fighting some monsters alongside some of their best officers as they keep them at bay.

>Iron Man:
They're fighting those monsters for us?

>Illidan Stormrage:
Good, let them kill each other & get to the next guardian.

>Iron Man:
Listen up man, I don't care what you are nor do I like Maiev but that doesn't mean we leave these guys to die. We're getting them out of here & that's final.

>Illidan Stormrage:
And if we do they'll only betray us. They don't care if we saved them as they will just turn on us & arrest me anyways.

>Iron Man:
But leaving them there to die is something I don't like. And besides, what kind of a hero am I if I let even my enemies die? So it's your choice, you go on ahead & we'll take care of The Watchers & help them.

>Illidan Stormrage:
Fine, do what you must, but I will not wait for you & your friend!

Back to the Watchers they have been fighting the same monsters & demons as they were so strong that The Watchers are even struggling as they looked like they're being overpowered pretty easily. That was until some monsters that got close were shot down by repulsors while the ones from afar were blown up by several missiles as when The Watchers looked behind them they then see both Iron Man & War Machine fighting with them as thanks to them they're getting the upper hand this time as they fought the demons until finally stopping as all of them have been finally destroyed. After killing them they then turned to Iron Man & War Machine as they remembered who they are as they all pointed their weapons at them.
