Chapter 65: A Date With Symmetra

(Date: 11/03/2506) (Time: 9:00)

It was now 9 in the morning & currently Mikey is inside his room picking which suit he should be wearing as he looks through his wardrobe checking on which 1 would be perfect for his date while his father assist him.

>Mikey Stark:
(While holding 2 tuxedos) Now, which 1 would be good? (Picks up golden tuxedo) This 1? (Picks up silver tuxedo) Or this 1? No no no I might look crazy with these.

>Tony Stark:
Why not a black or white 1 instead son?

>Mikey Stark:
(Turns to Tony) Okay now that's a great idea. Thanks dad.

And so Mikey then looks over his wardrobe & when he did he sees it filled with well perfectly organized suits & tie as when he looks through his wardrobe he then looks at some of his black & white tuxedos & when he did he then started to pick which 1 he should go for as throughout all of this he then tried on the white 1 1st. He then looks at the window & he looked good but he decided maybe not to as he takes it off & puts on his black 1. As he looks at himself he is then impressed as he looks good in it too.

>Mikey Stark:
Well, might aswell go with this 1.

>Tony Stark:
Then that you should pick son.

Mikey looks happy until his face then became worried & nervous to which Tony noticed.

>Tony Stark:
What's wrong son?

>Mikey Stark:
(Nervous & worried) Nothing dad it's just that... (Sighs) I haven't been in a date before. And plus, what if someone or something would come in to attack us during our date or what if--

>Tony Stark:
Woah take it easy son. I know how you feel because I've been through the same thing before. But remember that you don't have to worry anything. And if you're also worried about your date then don't be because if she loves you then she wouldn't care what you'd wear. What matters today is her & that's it. And remember that you still have another date for tomorrow.

>Mikey Stark:
Thanks dad, I mean it.

As they talk they then remembered Kaneda aswell as his wives & his dates.

>Mikey Stark:
Speaking of dates, I wonder how Kaneda got through though?

>Tony Stark:
I don't know, but I'm sure he got through somehow.

As they talked about it they then noticed the time for as Mikey needs to meet up with Symmetra in the park at 10:00 AM & currently he only has 15 Minutes left. And so Mikey then picked up his stuff aswell as his Iron Lantern Chestplate just in case for as when he did he even grabbed a Blue Lantern ring to which he thinks would go perfectly as a present. Not only that but the origin of how he got his Iron Lantern Armour & a Blue Lantern Ring is actually kinda complicated for as Marvel & DC once merged & had a war with each other aswell as both universes amalgamating but both went back to normal afterwards, well most of it. As Mikey prepares himself he then went suited up & flew out of Malibu so fast that he went Mach 20. As Iron Lantern flies he then went faster until he finally saw the park in New York (Central Park) as after that he then flew down fast as when he flew down he then landed & took a knee to which made a loud sound but luckily it didn't made a crater nor did it caused any dangerous shockwaves that might have sent people flying although this caught the attention of people but later they all clapped & went back to what they were doing for as it was only Iron Lantern. Iron Lantern then suits down & went to a bench as when he found 1 he then sat down & waited for Symmetra go show up as currently Mikey is playing some Contra Returns. Mikey kept on playing & playing as when he played for at least a few minutes he then stopped & waited.
