"renjun we gotta go." jeno peeks into my room, his face poking through the door.
i nod, waving him away. he shuts the door behind him, and i turn back towards my phone. "do you get it now?"
i see the girl in my screen nod, and i sigh, the past thirty minutes sort of draining me.
"great, are you going to that party?" she nods, talking into my airpods.
"yea, i hope there's not a lot of people." she lays her head on her desk, her hair covering the screen.
"why?" she looks back up, staring right into the screen.
"covid man." i scoff, crossing my arms and leaning back into my chair.
"it's a literal party." she waves me off, saying she also had to go get ready.
the call ends, our chat sitting in the background.
time for a party, i guess.
