Amelia's POV

Math class has ended now.

And now, it's lunch break. I went to the cafeteria, cause I'm really hungry, otherwise, I would've gone to the library.

I enter the cafeteria, and try to find Noah, and find him sitting at a table in the far right, on the phone.

I went to first get some food. I ordered myself a hamburger, fries, and coke.

I try to call Grace, till I wait for the food, but she doesn't pick up. Where is she? I'm really worried about her. She never does this, and she usually answers her phone.

I finally get my food and make my way to Noah's table. On my way, I notice that Alessio and his friends aren't here. I hope that he doesn't get expelled after what he did today.

"Hey", I say to Noah, as I approach the table and take my seat.

"Hey, no food for me?", he asked, pouting.

"You just had food, even the empty tray is here, and even if you didn't have it, I wouldn't have shared my food, got get your own.", I replied.

"Geez, okay.", he said.

"Have you heard from Garcia?", he asked.

"No, and I guess you haven't heard either.", I said.

"I just hope that she's ok.", he said.

"I too.", I replied.

We got in a debate whether pizzas or burgers are better, and I, obviously stand for pizzas.

The break ended, and I headed towards my last class, which was business.

I sat on my usual seat, and waited for Matt.

He came in two minutes later, "Hey", he said.

"Hi, how are you?", I asked.

"I'm great, did you hear about the fight today?", he asked.

"I watched it, Matt.", I answered.

"Woah, no one's ever seen Alessio that angry, he always keeps to himself, Adam must've done something really bad to fuel his anger that much.", he said.

"Yeah, he's not here in the class today, as well.", I replied, looking around.

"He must have been expelled.", Matt replied, laughing.

What was there to laugh? I hope that he doesn't get expelled.

𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦?

I don't.

𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘦.

Ms. Thompson entered the class, and started teaching. I whisper-talked to Matt in between the class, a few times.

The class had ended now, this was the last class, and I'm grateful for that, I'm literally so tired, I want to go back to the dorm, and sleep.

I went to the library, to issue a new book first, I haven't finished The Love Hypothesis yet, I'm on the second last chapter, and I'd finish it today. I'm currently issuing A Court of Thorns and Roses, it has been on my tbr for so long.

I came out of the college, and the parking lot was already empty. There was only a car to the far left, I looked closely, and saw that Alessio was standing outside the car, talking to someone on the phone, well listening to someone talking, as he wasn't speaking, his jaw was clenched.

And now I saw the car, and holy shit damn mother of fucking gods, it was gorgeous. It was a red Chevrolet Corvette, it's my dream sports car, and this beauty is gorgeous.

I ignored the thoughts in my head, and started walking towards my dorm.

The weather was windy today, and really cloudy, just how I love it, and it feels like it's going to rain anytime soon, so I sped up my walk to the apartment.

I'm only two minutes in the walk, when it starts drizzling. Fucking great.

I saw a car stop to my right, and I notice that it's Alessio.

"Get in", he said rolling down the window.

"No, thanks.", I replied, I wasn't getting in a car with a stranger. Nope.

I started walking again, and now the drizzles got heavy. What the heck?

Alessio came to my side again, and said, "I won't fucking ask again, get in." That's the most I've ever heard him say.

I contemplated, and had no idea.

Consy?

𝘠𝘦𝘴?

What should I do?

𝘎𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘯, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘯.

Bu-𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘳, 𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩.

Ok, but don't be so rude, Consy.

I get to the other side, and get in the car, already half wet.

"I'm sorry that your seats may get ruined.", I said.

He just looked at me, and rolled his eyes.

"Why did you beat Adam today?", I asked, surprising myself.

"None of your fucking business.", he replied, mocking my voice, reminding me of the moment, when I said it yesterday.

I scoffed.

"Ok, I won't ask you again.", I replied.

"I will answer, if you answer me, Amelia.", he said referring to my panic attack yesterday. Was it even yesterday? Cause it feels like it happened long ago.

"My ex...", I replied trailing off.

He looks at me for a second, like really looks at me.

"Now you answer.", I added.

"He said something.", he replied

"About you?", I asked.

"No, you.", he replied.

What? What did he say about me? And why was he angry enough at it to beat him?

"What did he say about me?", I asked.

"An answer for an answer, Amelia.", he said, and I rolled my eyes.

The way my name rolled off his tongue, was enough to give me butterflies.

"What do you want to ask?", I asked.

"Explain", he just said.

And here I was, contemplating, yet again, within five minutes.

"Let's not talk about it.", I replied, not in the mood to talk about it, and getting sad, all again.

He just nodded.

We've now reached my dorm.

Wait a minute... how the fuck does he know my address, without me telling him?

"How do you know where I live?", I asked, my voice, angry and surprised at the same time.

"I know Garcia.", he replied. Oh yeah, he and Grace are acquaintances, as she said.

I nodded, getting out of the car.

"Thanks for the ride.", I said, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥. Stop.

He just nodded and left.

I went into my dorm, only to see Grace sobbing.
