Chapter Eleven

he day continues..

Classes was normal and it was a pretty average day. Groups still discussing their plans for the upcoming event and so on.

The bell rings and students quickly rushes out their seats for lunch. I stay sitting at my desk slowly packing my things away. Unlike the I'm not in a rush. Jung-ji makes her way towards me.

"wanna hang out with me and the girls on the rooftop?" she asks with a small smile. "Yeah sure" Soon we both make it up to the room top. The breeze flows under my skirt, being this high making me feel abit cold. I scan the area and strangely it's only us here "where's the rest of the girls?" I ask, hugging myself to keep warm. She sits down near the edge, I watch her as she swings her feet and hums abit. "They didn't wanna join I guess.."

"but you said.. Nevermind.." I slowly make my way to her and take a seat besides her. To be honest I don't have the energy to ask questions and try to figure out where the rest of the girls are. A few minutes pass of silence, and honestly it's making me uncomfortable. Jung-ji is just sitting there staring forward. I slowly place my hand on her shoulder "Um, are you ok?-"

"Maya.. You know I have this crush" she says randomly. I give a small smile "oh really? Who is it?" I move closer to her. I notice how her cheeks starts turning a light shade of pink, she clears her throat. "Well.. H-he goes to our school.."

"really!? You should ask him out, I'm sure he'll like you back" I say rather very excitedly.

She smiles "maybe, I don't know.. I never really had a boyfriend before.."

"Well me too, but you're pretty I'm sure he'd wanna date you, and you're kind and sweet and very caring with your class mates.. You're the reason I got friends now.." she blushes "Really? You think so?"

I nod "mhm I know so"

"Ok then.. I'll try and ask him" she smiles, I clap my hands abit "Yayy, tell me how it goes ok? Then you have to tell me who it is"

Jung-ji let's out a small giggle "ok ok"

"how about you?"

I give her confused look "W-what about me?" she leans closer and whispers "Do you have a crush?" she smirks abit. I blush, looking away "N-no"

"you're strutting"

"that doesn't mean anything"

"it means you're lyinggg and besides remember that day we talked about the event to the other girls and we mentioned a boy and you blush" she suddenly mentions and giggles "Come one you can tell me, I promise I won't tell anyone, not even the rest of the group"

I sigh, giving up "Fine.. Yes I do have one.."

"ooooo~" she starts too tease. I feel the heat collecting in my cheeks and I cover my face. Jung-ji laughs abit "ok ok, I'll stop teasing.. But does he go to our school?" I shake my head, I don't plan on telling her about Yoo Hwe-Seung because I'm still shy about that. To be honest I don't even think I have a chance with him, so I'd rather not mention his name.

"oh then who is it?"

I bring my finger to my lips, zipping it close and throw the imaginary key off the roof. She whines "you're no fun" I giggle.

We continue to speak abit more until the bell rings. Making our way to class we bump into Mr. Lee.

"oh Maya I was looking for you" he says looking at the both of us "Me? Why is that sir?"

"I just need to discuss some things involving work..." he says slowly, I nod then looks at Jung-ji. "OK then I'll come to Mr. Lee's office after c-"

"no. I need to talk to you now.." he cuts me off "what class do you get now?"

"oh um-"

"We get biology sir" Jung-ji says, He nods and gently pulls me to his side "Jung-ji could you tell your Biology teacher I'll be borrowing Maya for a few minutes during her period?"

Jung-ji nods "yes sir.. See you late Maya" she waves me off then leaves. Mr. Lee starts walking towards his office and I quickly trail behind him.

"Um Mr. Lee what do you need to discuss with me?"

He stops and turns to me "You Maya-

-are in huge trouble"
