We were playing video games, Phil distracting Alice so I can win. He's really cute.

Wait. Did I say that? I didn't!

Scratch that.

He's really cool. I won the round as Alice kept whining how she hated her brother. Alice called me and I went with her. She took me outside, looking nervous.

I looked at her and smiled, reassuringly. She glanced at me and suddenly said, "Umm.... Dan.... I need to ask you something...." I stared at her and nodded.

"Go ahead."

She looked at everything but me and said, "Will.... Will you be my b-b-boyfriend?" She asked and blushed furiously, covering her face.

I looked at her, with both happiness and shock.

"Well, yeah.... But I wouldn't wanna date a tomato, y'know." I looked at her and pulled her hands away from her face.

She smiled at me, still blushing. "Thanks Dan." She finally said and we went back inside, hand in hand.

I don't know how but Phil noticed.

"Hey you 2 lovebirds," he glared at us with those ocean blue eyes, leaning on the frame of his door. "Shut up Phil," Alice defended and he laughed softly, and continued to glare at us.

I smiled weirdly at him and Alice squeezed my hand.

"Alice! Phil! Daniel! Come down for dinner!" We all heard a thick northern accent. It was their mum.

We went down for dinner and sat down. Alice beside me. Phil didn't stop glaring at us. I glanced at his eyes.

Worst mistake ever.

I sank in those gorgeous blue eyes, I can't stop staring at how perfect they were. They were the bluest with a very slight hint of grey. I can see each and every emotion crystal clear through them.

They were just magical.

Mesmerizing.

Flawless.

Excellent.

Absolutely amazing.

I was snapped back to reality when Alice held my hand and squeezed it. I looked at her. Worry.

Worry was the only emotion running through those icy welcoming eyes.

"Sorry," I mumbled to her.

She slightly nodded and we started eating.

It was 11:47. I wasn't supposed to stay for that long, but I did, all thanks to Alice. I had fun though. It was great.

I kissed Alice on the cheek and waved goodbye to Phil and their mom. Heading home. I opened the Door and oh so quietly I entered my bedroom and slumped on my bed.

Thoughts running continuously around my mind.

Being with Alice was amazing. That's what I thought at least...
