Together Again

Chapter 2

I walk out of my hospital room and grab carols wheelchair and rolled down the hall.
When we got to the hall we stopped. Daryl, Rick, Sasha, Noah, Tyreese, and I saw a few more people.

"One of yours for one of mine." Dawn said to Rick. Rick nodded his head and sent an officer to her while another got Carol. Dawn grabbed my arm and pulled me in the middle and we met Rick and another officer there. Rick gave dawn her officer and dawn gave me to Rick.

Rick hugged me and gave me a kiss on my head. I ran and hugged Daryl. I needed his embrace, haven't had it in a while. He hugged me as soon as I put my arms around him. He started to cry, and so did I. Daryl pulled back for a minute and handed me a gun and pulled me back in.

We were walking out with Daryls arm still around me, like he was afraid to let me go. "Now, I just need Noah." Dawn said as we walked out. We all turned around and started walking back. "That wasn't part of the deal." Rick said. "Noah was my ward, Beth took his place, now she's leaving and now I need him back." "No." Rick said plainly. "Then.the deal is off." "The deal is done." Noah cut in. "No it's fine. I'll go." "Wait!" I ran towards Noah and hugged him tightly. "I knew you'd be back." Dawn said coldly. I opened my eyes and stepped back.

I walked up to dawn and looked hee straight in the eyes. "I get it now." She looked confused for a second and everyone heard a loud shot, and saw dawn fall slowly to the floor. Everyone pulled out their guns and pointed them at each other. "Hold your fire!" Screamed another officer. "It was just about her." She pointed at dawn laying on the ground. I turned around and walked towards the group.

Rick nodded his head twice and turned around. We started walking out, as we came out of the hospital doors I saw someone that made me cry tears of joy.
