Hi i'm Jinx I want to be a boy but I am technically still a girl so I have to use the girls bathroom and such. So I have notice a trend I keep having to give pads or tampons to girls when my family can't even buy a box of tampons or pads on are own I live at a homeless shelter and we get donations of menstrual items I know there are lots of people who also can't afford these items but they don't have a donations box to go to and I am honestly starting to wonder why this school can't have a tampon or pad dispenser or something because so many people including me are to scared to ask for a pad or tampons so they just sit in the stall and waiting for hours begging and pleading for the next person to have a tampon/pad I wish there was someway to change that I know for a fact this school has the type of budget to afford the needs of kids that attend and I also no not everyone can afford necessities or can remember to bring them it just feels so hopeless especially since this is only 6th grade im talking 75% of the girls her have there period on the others dont care. I was talking to one of my guy friends at my old school and he looked my straight in the eyes and said "Just hold it" WTF just hold it that is not how it works. I want boys to be more informed on the struggles their peers are going through and I want girls to learn more effective and easier ways to deal with periods no matter how large the flow size I want this school to fund menstrual products and not just in the teachers room or in offices in the BATHROOM I bet a lot of you know how embarrassing it is to get up with blood stained pants and have to go to the office to call your mom/dad or to sit and wait in the bathroom stall for hours or even to just ask for a pad or tampon from a teacher ALL schools should have pads or tampons(preferably both) in the girls bathrooms -Jinx
