When I woke up I had a really bad headache. I mean it, it was really bad. I remember everything tho. I hope Jaden doesn't. I got out of my bed and went downstairs.
"Hi mom!".
"Hello y/n, did you have fun last night?", she asked.
"Mom it was a party, how could it not be fun", I answered sarcastically.
"Jeez I was just asking. So I'm assuming it sucked?"
"Yep". I made myself breakfast and got went back to my room.
"OH AND Y/N WALTONS INVITED US TO A DINNER TONIGHT!", my mom yelled.
"Fuck no", I said to myself. Seriously I don't want to talk about what happened yesterday. I just want to lay in my bed and do nothing but be useless. I couldn't stop thinking about Jaden. For fuck's sake he has a girlfriend.

I looked really gross, so I decided to take a shower. After that I already picked some outfits for dinner, even though it was two hours away. If you can't tell I was panicking, to see him and his family. All I could think about were the bad thoughts and the things that could go wrong.

I went for a walk and when I came back it was already time to get ready. I decided that I'll just wear something simple. Dickies, a white crop top and Converse. Yep that's cool. I did my makeup and brushed my hair.
"Y/n come down here!", my mom yelled.
"I'm coming just a sec!" I took a deep breath, looked myself in the mirror and went downstairs.
"Y/n you look beautiful!"
"Well I'm your daughter so..."

She just smiled and we both went outside. My mom rang the bell and I stood behind her. A woman, I'm assuming Jaden's mom opened the door and hugged my mom.
"Come in", she said. We both went inside and saw a girl and three boys waiting patiently. I recognised the girl and twins, but not the youngest boy. Jaden didn't tell me he had a younger brother.
"This is y/n, y/n this is Daelo, Jayla, Javon and Jaden that I'm assuming you've already met. Oh and I'm Jessica."
"Nice to meet you", I said and sat down.
Javon decided to speak up "You look nice, Y/n."
"You don't look bad either and Jayla you look beautiful", I smiled. I felt Jaden's eyes on me.
"I already like you girl", she answered.
"I'm sorry Jaden's not talking, he's not usually that quiet", Javon said.
"Oh yeah I know."

Later me and Javon realised we are both auditioning for the same movie this week. We were talking so much I didn't even notice Jaden was gone.
"I'm going to check up on Jaden", I said.
"Okay", they all answered.
I ran upstairs straight to Jaden's room. I knocked, but there was no answer, so I just went inside. I sat on his bed and he came out of his bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist.
"Shit I'm so sorry. Who showers in the middle of a dinner?", I asked.
"I do and why the fuck are you here, they are definitely going to assume that something is weird."
"And what if they do?", I asked and he stayed quiet. He sat beside me still wrapped in his towel.
"So do you want to talk about it?" He asked.
"I didn't know you had that many muscles."
"Why are you avoiding my question?"
"What was the question?" I asked.
"I asked you if you wanted to talk about it, but you were too busy looking everywhere, but my face."
"Sorry", I laughed.
"I broke up with Anne", he said. I wanted to say something, but I got interrupted by Jayla and Javon.
"Oh shit, what were you two doing?" Jayla asked.
"Nothing, he just got out of the shower that's why he doesn't have a shirt on, no other reason", I quickly said.
"Who the fuck showers in the middle of a dinner?" Javon asked.
"That's exactly what I asked him", we high fived each other.
"Dress up J, we are going to have fun", Jayla said.
We all went out of Jaden's room and waited patiently. He finally came out.
"We'll bake a cake", Jayla said and we all agreed. We were having so much fun. Javon spilled some water on me.
"Javon I'm all wet because of you!" I said angrily.
"That's what she said", Jaden decided to say.
"Stop that's not funny Jaden. Here you go", Jayla said, handing me a towel and I blew her a kiss. Our parents went out so we're home alone.
"Can we dance?" I asked them.
"Sure let me just put on some good music", said Jayla. DANCING IN THE DARK by Joji started playing. I love this song. "When I'm around slow dancing in the dark." "Don't follow me, you'll end up in my arms", we all sang. Actually we pretty much yelled it out. This, this was the feeling I was searching for my entire life. After a couple of more songs we decided to watch 10 things I hate about you. During the movie Jaden came closer and whispered "Kat and Patrick remind me of us."
"Well you better not break my heart like Patrick did."

When the movie finished Jayla and Javon were already sleeping. I mean I can't blame them, It was already 2am.
"Can I crash at your place?" I asked Jaden
"Sure let's just go to my room, so we don't wake them up." We walked upstairs and went to his room. I sat on his bed.
"I will just sleep on the floor and you go sleep on my bed", he said.
"We can both sleep in your bed, there's enough space . I'm not sleepy at all. What about you?"I asked.
"Me neither." He sat next to me and we were just enjoying the silence. I looked at him in hopes he'd look back. He turned his head. I couldn't help myself, but kiss him. I pulled away, to see if he agreed to continue. I got on his lap and we were making out. He kissed my neck and then went back to my lips. I did the same to him, which probably left us some marks, but it doesn't matter. All that matters right now is him.

He pulled away and we both took a deep breath. I laid on his bed and he put his head on my chest.
"Was this good?", he asked.
"It was great actually. Are we still keeping this a secret?"
"Yes, I think we should, but I don't know how long this secret will last", he said pointing at the hickey I gave him. I just smiled. We decided it's time to go to sleep. We were laying and looking at each other. I rubbed his cheeks with my hands and kissed him on his forehead.
"Good night."
