Churches like the one I attended last night, and the message of the Gospel as it is at the very basis, and how Christians act on a daily basis pushed me not only away from God but to search for another religion.
In my search for another religion, I was welcomed by Satanist first. In fact it was The Satanic Temple. I found that I aligned with their beliefs and their mission. As a witch, Lucifer began calling to me very soon after I left the face and continued my education. Through dreams, meditation, and even real-life experience.
No I'm not perfect, I'm just a rebel.
