Hey, this is Kaitlyn! I decided to write a cute little lesbian love story... so I hope you enjoy it! There will be no smut, and maybe some language. I hope you like it!

Not again. Not another school. This is the third one. I've definently had enough of this. I can never seem to make friends, no one likes me. I bet everyone will think I'm a freak at this school too.

I said goodbye to my dad as he closed the door and sped away. I sighed and looked up at the tall building standing in front of me. Jansen Park Middle school. Awesome.

I walked into the school, staying against the wall with my head down. I don't want to draw any attention to myself. I have experience with that, and it is not pretty.

I kept walking, but I didn't notice the group of boys in front of me before I ran into them.

"Hey! Watch where you're walking, blondie!" The tallest boy told me, and he kicked my side. I gasped at the contact, I've never been hit like this before. The tall boy snickered.

"You weak coward. Get up and fight me! Don't be a wimp." He said, his devil smile forming. I stayed on the ground, I would be safer, hopefully.

"Well, if you're not gonna get up, I guess we'll just have to deal with you being down there." he said. The boys crowded around me and started to kick me. Pain flowed through my stomach as the taller boy kicked me over and over again. I cried out, but was muffled by a hand over my mouth. Why were they doing this?

"HEY!" The scream echoed out through the halls, and I wondered if there were more bullys coming to kick me.

"Let her go, NOW!" a girls voice screamed. The kicking stopped, and I started to pull myself up, but the pain in my stomach pulled me back down.

"What are you gonna do about it, red?" The tall boy snickered, and he started to advance on her. I wanted to yell at her to run, but she stayed there, looking confident. She stood up straight and put on a happy face.

"Oh Romeo, Oh Romeo, where art though Romeo?" She said in a most dramatic voice. The boys screamed.

"Shes doing the drama thing! Run!" The tall boy yelled, and they took off down the hall. The girl snickered, but then remembered me. She ran to my side, and held out her hand. I took it, about to pull myself up, but she yanked me to my feet.

"Are you okay?" She asked in concern. I was about to reply, until I got my first look at her. She was... gorgeous. Her dark red hair was long and ran down to the small of her back. Her skin was the perfect pale, clashing beautifully with her hair. Her eyes were a dark shade of green, and I almost lost myself in them. She was quite a bit taller than me, about five inches. She really was beautiful. Wait, what? I don't think girls are beautiful. Do I?

The girl laughed. "Did they hurt you so much you can't talk?" She asked. I caught my breath. Her laugh was... wow.

"I-uh- sorry... I'm just not used to talking to new people. I'm not very good at this social thing." I said nervously, brushing my blonde hair behind my ear. The girl smiled.

"Me neither. But, I do like to make a good first impression. Hello, my name is Rachel Mhacon." She said, holding her hand out. I smiled and shook it.

"Hello, my name is Emerson Lilith, pleased to meet you." I said, my confidence building up. She smiled wider.

"Wow, beautiful name- I mean, yeah, that's a cool name." she said, fiddling with her fingers. I laughed. Maybe she was just as nervous as me.

"So... what classes do you have?" She asked me. I got out my schedule and handed it to her. She started looking through it, and her face lit up.

"We have science, language, and health together! I finally have a friend in my classes!" She said happily, handing me back my schedule.

"F-friend?" I asked, taking my schedule back. I have never had a friend. She looked startled.

"Well, yeah! I at least hope so. I... don't really have any friends..." she said nervously. I smiled at her. Yay! I will be her first friend. Wait, why does it matter...

"Me neither. I was never good at the whole friends thing. I would love to have a friend." I said. She looked happy after that, and she took my hand and started to lead us to the first class. I blushed. Her hand was so perfect... it felt just right. Wait! Argh.
